Amazing and stylish room with breathtaking views of the sea and the city. The staff is extremely friendly and the service is excellent. At the restaurant, we had the best čorba we’ve tried in Montenegro. The whole place has a beautiful aesthetic – authentic yet elegant. Definitely 10/10, highly recommended!

The view is fabulous, placed in the old town, it’s close to pretty much everything, the owners are very warm and helpful and if you’re into fish cuisine.. you’re in the right place!

Best location in Ulcinj, beautiful, romantic, traditional area on Old Town peninsula. And do not miss the beach bars on the other peninsula, on the other side of the nice bay.

I definitely appreciated the view and the manager for being so accommodating and friendly, the spot was perfect for people who are into aesthetics and the moment we needed something, they were ready to provide. The villa is connected to the restaurant so that’s a plus too. If I ever decide to go back, I’d choose this place again.

Located in the heart of the old town, with a lovely restaurant that over looks the sea. The hosts were so lovely this whole stay, nothing was a problem. They upgraded our room to a lovely big room with a balcony & ocean view, perfect for watching the sunset.

Location was amazing axcatly place where you see from photos, workers are kind and quick. We didnt need to ask anything they helped quickly, also hotel has restaurant at behind street and has amazing view again also according to I see prices was better than the other but unfortunately we couldnt find a time to eat. The only complaint I can think of is that my reading light was out. This was seriously one of the best vacation spots I’ve been to yet!

The location was perfect - you couldn’t get better views of Ulcinj. The room was perfect - we came on this vacation to go to the beach, see the beach, and enjoy the weather. The Villa was charming, quaint, had everything you need, and the sea view balcony was the cherry on top.

We stayed in a Deluxe Apartment for 3 persons with a sea view and balcony. Location was perfect - just a short walk to a small beach(with shops, groceries, restaurants & bars all nearby). While the room showed some signs of wear, it was clean and fully functional and had everything we needed. The staff were always helpful, smiling and attentive for which we are truly grateful! Breakfast was made to order (simple but tasty), with a small buffet of bread and spreads that kept us satisfied as well as the stunning view. We loved the charm of the Old town, which felt much less touristy compared to places like Budva or Kotor. If you love a breeze, golden sunsets and falling asleep to the sound of waves then this is the place where the coast still feels like home. 10/10 experience!

Nothing I can remember

We went there with my wife for a second honeymoon. This family business started with the restaurant that goes by the same name (rated with 5 stars everywhere you look) and then they decided to work also with accommodating travellers. The location couldn't be better, is placed within the walls of the Ulcinj castle. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are new and very comfortable some of them with sea views which make the experience even better. I would come back and definitely recommend this place to everyone looking to taste what Ulcinj represents. Only one strong recommendation for everyone travelling by car, try to get there before 8pm, after that you will not be able to get there with your car and will be a pain on the neck to park. The city closes the access to that area between 8pm and 0130am.

Excellent location in the Old town with great sea view. Breakfast was great, restaurant Dulvinea and the food was really delicious, prices are very good. Overall great vacation.
