ADORED THIS APARTMENT! We felt at home as soon as we got there - it’s so spacious & has everything you need! The views & area are absolutely stunning!!!!! It’s about 25 minute walk from Zabljak Centre but so worth it for the scenery! WiFi was great & everything worked perfectly - we particularly loved the balcony! We didn’t want to leave it was so cosy! We will definitely be back!

The kitchen was not functional, as we were expected not to cook at all (there was no oil, salt, or even a sponge to do the dishes) so that was disappointing. This was especially frustrating because the nearby restaurants weren’t all great, and getting to them wasn’t very convenient either. We still managed to cook some eggs every morning, but it wasn’t ideal. The bathroom was poorly designed and it would flood after each shower and stay wet for a long time. I do recommend it, but make sure to manage your expectations with the kitchen and wet bathroom. Overall, the place is cool for the price.

It is spacious and has a GREAT view. Very quiet in a nice area just far enough from the town.

The location in the foothills above žabljak is beautiful! The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was just right. We enjoyed hiking to Crno Jezero from our room…just 35 minutes!

The equipment of the kitchen could be better

Amazing place with excellent views, pretty far from Žabljak if you don´t have a car. Don´t have an AC, but it is located in basement, so the temperature was reasonable even in hot weather.

Difficult to find initially because of roadworks. But host now sends best access route from the town in advance of new arrivals.

Within walking distance of town. Very comfortable and clean. Great view of mountains. Anna was an excellent host and couldn’t have been more helpful. Very welcoming.

The view from the window and terrace is amazing - the mountains and fields. The apartment is cozy and very clean. It was warm inside that is important for such kind of location. An ideal place for relax after mountain hiking!

We stayed at the ground floor apartment where bathroom had a slope of the ceiling and it is not marked in any way - it is large and hard not to see, but if you distracted in any way when you entering bathroom... well - I hit it with my forehead. It is more my fault, but I still recomend owner to mark it with something higly visible. One door of bathroom cabin was missing, so water was getting on the floor - i hope that it will be fixed soon as wet floor during cold season is not very nice experiece.

The host was absent during entire stay, but she was super helpfull online and prepeared everything for our arrival. Everything was clean. Great location only if you have a car. There was no electric tea kettle which (I think) is important during cold season, but it was possible to boil water in small pot. Generally we liked ewerything. Thank you.

The bed was a little on the hard side but okay to sleep in. The shower was ok (hot water) but no hanger for the shower head. There is an issue with the water pressure of the taps (very strong), so you should open gently.

The place was very clean. The owner was very friendly. Wifi worked well. The kitchenette was quite compact but okay to use. There is a stove, small sink and small refridgerator, sponge and dishwashing liquid and water kettle. Some cooking utensils and cutlery etc. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony. There is a parking area in front of the house. Calm, agricultural area, not in the busy center of Zabljak.

The house is in a quiet and lovely area with nice views of the mountains. The hosts are very helpful and friendly and can provide good advice and indications about the area and the Durmitor National Park. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and includes a terrace. The apartment included some maps of the National Park which were very helpful for planning some routes. There is parking available in front of the house.

The shower in the bathroom was really unpractical: it was basically impossible to have a shower without flooding the floor. The curtains helped only to slightly "preserve" half of the bathroom, but the shower and toilet area would get totally wet. I wasn't expecting anything luxurious, but, especially after a long hike in the mountains, it'd be nice to be able to have a nice, hot shower without being worried of showering as fast as possible not to make everything totally wet. We stayed two nights and, as expected, no one came to tidy up the room, so we didn't even have dry rags the second night to put on the wet floor. Not a big problem… but not very pleasant. With a different shower, my overall rate for this room would have been definitely higher.

Our room was pretty spacious, with a big balcony with a nice view. The self check-in was easy. I especially liked the location of the guest house: it's out from the center of Zabljak, so you can really enjoy the quiet and peace of the mountains. At the same time, the city is only a few minutes by car away (or around 20 minutes on foot).
