Our room was pretty spacious, with a big balcony with a nice view. The self check-in was easy. I especially liked the location of the guest house: it's out from the center of Zabljak, so you can really enjoy the quiet and peace of the mountains. At the same time, the city is only a few minutes by car away (or around 20 minutes on foot).

The shower in the bathroom was really unpractical: it was basically impossible to have a shower without flooding the floor. The curtains helped only to slightly "preserve" half of the bathroom, but the shower and toilet area would get totally wet. I wasn't expecting anything luxurious, but, especially after a long hike in the mountains, it'd be nice to be able to have a nice, hot shower without being worried of showering as fast as possible not to make everything totally wet. We stayed two nights and, as expected, no one came to tidy up the room, so we didn't even have dry rags the second night to put on the wet floor. Not a big problem… but not very pleasant. With a different shower, my overall rate for this room would have been definitely higher.

ADORED THIS APARTMENT! We felt at home as soon as we got there - it’s so spacious & has everything you need! The views & area are absolutely stunning!!!!! It’s about 25 minute walk from Zabljak Centre but so worth it for the scenery! WiFi was great & everything worked perfectly - we particularly loved the balcony! We didn’t want to leave it was so cosy! We will definitely be back!

The bed was really unconfortable. If you wanna cook on your own you don't have good material to do it

It is spacious and has a GREAT view. Very quiet in a nice area just far enough from the town.

The kitchen was not functional, as we were expected not to cook at all (there was no oil, salt, or even a sponge to do the dishes) so that was disappointing. This was especially frustrating because the nearby restaurants weren’t all great, and getting to them wasn’t very convenient either. We still managed to cook some eggs every morning, but it wasn’t ideal. The bathroom was poorly designed and it would flood after each shower and stay wet for a long time. I do recommend it, but make sure to manage your expectations with the kitchen and wet bathroom. Overall, the place is cool for the price.

The owner could give better dirrections because the adress on booking doen’t show the exact location. The bathroom needs some renewal. Our bed was really unconfortable and hard which made it hard to sleep in.

The location in the foothills above žabljak is beautiful! The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was just right. We enjoyed hiking to Crno Jezero from our room…just 35 minutes!

The bathroom mirror is hung too high. A mirror in the bedroom would be nice.

Everything was great here. Clean. Comfortable. The host was fantastic and friendly and very helpful. This was one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. I highly recommend Guest House Baranin.

Amazing place with excellent views, pretty far from Žabljak if you don´t have a car. Don´t have an AC, but it is located in basement, so the temperature was reasonable even in hot weather.

The equipment of the kitchen could be better

Within walking distance of town. Very comfortable and clean. Great view of mountains. Anna was an excellent host and couldn’t have been more helpful. Very welcoming.

Difficult to find initially because of roadworks. But host now sends best access route from the town in advance of new arrivals.

The location was great. Thankfully there was a heater to provide some warmth and dry out the damp air. This kitchen was great and the TV was a nice addition. The host is also very helpful with advice.

We did not expect an underground room, I'm pretty sure we booked an upper floor room. Unfortunately, given it is underground, the air was very damp, there was mold in the cupboards which is a health hazard and it made the room very cold. The towels did not dry because of the damp and the was consistently wet. The pipes in the bathroom are exposed so they burn you when you are showering. The shower curtain does not close fully so you need to stand as close to the pipes as possible so the floor does not get wet. This made showering very uncomfortable.

A bit small bathroom. A bit hard to find this place. You have to monitor where is this hotel.

The view from the window and terrace is amazing - the mountains and fields. The apartment is cozy and very clean. It was warm inside that is important for such kind of location. An ideal place for relax after mountain hiking!

We like that it’s away from main town. It’s have nice view to the nature.

It’s all good. The only things for me was pillow. The ref is good.
