The property was spotlessly clean with everything you could need. The beds and bedding were of good quality and comfortable.

Beautiful home! Great host!

We loved everything about this place. The house is spacious yet instantly homey, with a crackling fireplace, a proper oven, and every gadget you need for a midnight pancake mission. Spotless, too- my inner neat-freak did a happy dance. Sleep setup: • Second floor: three bedrooms-one with a comfy double bed, the other two each with twin beds (great for friends who don’t want to fight over blanket territory). • Attic loft: an open chill-out zone with more single beds. Think “kids’ sleepover” or really close friends, because there’s zero privacy and no bathroom up there. • Bathrooms are on the first and second floors-no midnight ladder descents required. Out back there’s a fire pit ready to go, stacked with dry logs. When we arrived, the house was already warmed up, so we skipped the usual arrival shivers and went straight to ahhh, holiday mode. Getting there: Two routes lead to the house. One climbs like a roller coaster- white-knuckle fun if you’re into that. The second is far friendlier. Check your GPS first and spare yourself the adrenaline spike. Welcome goodies: chilled beers and lemonades in the fridge. After that drive, they tasted like victory.

Everything was great. House was spacious, clean and location was very good. Ten people was there and we still had our own space.

A very spacious and cozy house! There was everything we needed. We really enjoyed the barbecue place outside, it was amazing to cook and sit near the fire under the stars. Also I want to mention very comfortable and cozy beds and pillows - all people from our group noticed that and we were very happy :)

Minor things - a bit slippery stairs and cold bathrooms in the mornings.

Lovely and cozy place to stay if you are planning a group trip. Close to the center and facilities are all perfect. Would recommend to anyone.

The house and garden have such a cosy atmosphere, it is well equipped and there is a place to sit in the sun and to create a bon fire. The host was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed! Highly recommended

Very clean and well equipped including the kitchen (all you need for cooking + sweets for the kids and treats for the adults), hosts were very friendly. Good WiFi.

Rooms were a little small, missing closet and night stand in one of the rooms. Zablijak center requires a car or 15 min walk.

This was a charming little house on a quiet street. We were walking distance to town. The view behind the house was of a beautiful grassy hill with quaint houses at the top. We also had a view of the mountain on another side of the house. The hostess made us a traditional milk pie for our first night’s dinner and gave us a bottle of homemade brandy that was a family recipe. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. All the bedrooms were on the second and third floors so one needs to be able to climb the steep stairs.

The stairs were difficult for one person in our travel group who had injured his knee before arriving to Zabljak. Other people in our group had to carry his suitcase up and down the stairs for him.
