We had such a lovely stay! The staff was so warm, helpful and welcoming. The area of the guesthouse was really pretty, dinner was great also. And the water was really really hot it was amazing.

It was a bit cold in the cabin, the fire place wasn’t easy to turn on.

A great place to stay after a big hiking day. Our room had a fireplace inside, that provides a unique mountain-village atmosphere. Marco was super nice and friendly. Totally recommend if you want to go "into the wild".

Many thanks for hosting us! Even if we stayed only one night, we really enjoyed our time there and will be happy to come back again. Perfect communication via WhatsApp, heating via fireplace stove (thanks god in operation). Before acommodating a very nice hike to Bobotov Kuk. Once again thank you Marco!

What a wonderful place to stay! Our house was super cozy. Marko is a very friendly host, he started a fire in our house before we arrived, shared information of what to see around. The surroundings are beautiful, close to beautiful hikes (we loved Jablan lake the most). We also were lucky to stay there during a snowfall, the place looked like a fairytale with all the snow!

It was a dream come true to walk in from a snowstorm to hot showers, thick blankets, and a fire in the stove already started. It's the perfect cute little cabin in nature and is incredible value for money, especially for larger groups. It's just the right amount of quirky with treehouses and carved bear statues. A totally unique stay and maybe the highlight of the trip! Many thanks to the kind owner.

Beautiful view, close to the Black Lake. Wooden house was also very picturesque.

Kitchen was far away, most of the dishes were dirty and we had to clean them before using. Bathrooms could also use some cleaning.

Super cool house and a very lovely host who welcomed us warmly. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. We appreciated the free parking and it was only a 5 minute drive into town (don't trust google maps to get here though, utilise the video that the host sends of how to get there). The stay was excellent value and we would definitely come back!

Not their fault but there was a very noisy group who arrived on our second night and the rooms were not soundproof at all, and some of the other guests made a mess in the shared bathrooms which wasn't so pleasant.

Very good value for money, and lovely host who made sure we found the property easily and checked in smoothly. Parking was easy. Several communal sitting areas, however I didn’t see the kitchen so not sure if that was for guest use. I asked Marlo if there was a kettle for some hot water for a tea however and he promptly provided a jug of hot water for me. We used the drinks fridge to store some food. Room was basic but comfortable.

As usually can come with shared external bathrooms from the rooms it was quite noisy with doors opening and closing. However if you are looking for a cosy budget stay, bring some earplugs and you are all set!

Marko was a wonderfully welcoming host, ensuring we had everything we needed to explore the area and preparing a delicious dinner for us. He was particularly great with our kids. Our family room was well setup with plenty of room to prepare food and for the kids to play. There was great communal spaces on top of the hill including a seesaw with amazing views!

The property was like it came out of some kind of a fairytale. The interior of the cabins is like no other! I recommend to everyone! And the price is shockingly little compared to what you get! The host, Marko is amazing! We will be staying here next year for sure!

We had an amazing time! Marko was super thougthful, our stay felt more like staying with some friends. We had dinner one night which was homemade and delicious! There is also a shared kitchen and the neighbor has a super cute dog.

A truly beautiful setting, surrounded by forest and mountains. The cabin-style house is stunning and equipped with everything you might need, including a hot shower and full cooking facilities. The area is peaceful and quiet, and it’s clear that a lot of care and attention to detail has gone into creating this place. It’s the perfect base for visiting the Black Lake, Tara Canyon, and Durmitor National Park. Marco is a wonderful host—he offers delicious breakfast and dinner options, as well as activities such as rafting, e-biking, and guided hikes. His knowledge of the area is invaluable, and he’s always happy to share advice and recommendations. Thank you, Marco, for such a beautiful stay!

These wooden cabins are located just 10 minutes from Žabljak, right on the edge of the forest. The handmade details and natural charm make them truly unique. From the hill, there is a stunning view of Durmitor, which makes this place even more special. We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend it.
