Amazing location. The house has everything u need.

The property is not very kid-friendly — the terrace is unfinished and lacks proper borders, which feels unsafe. Additionally, the bathroom setup is not very practical.

Great Location, fantastic view, lovely host.You will find everything you need to spent nice time in lovely,quiet location. Not too far to Town centre(10 minutes with car)

some kitchen utensils,frying pans may be replaced, shower screen would be helpfull.

One room has a comfortable double bed, the heating in the nation room worked well, there was firewood and lighters (no kindling) and plenty of hot water, coffee, sugar and oil. There was plenty towels, toilet paper, hairdryer, blankets, bathroom soap etc. My messages about arrival time had not sent through the app and the owners had sent on all the details, thou we needed internet to access them. Cafes in Zabljak can help! WiFi in the house worked well

In the other bedroom the bed was not comfortable and no heater. The attic room and blow up double was cold, we didn't use it. The shower eyes the entire bathroom, there's no curtain/screen. The electricity went off a few times for short periods.

VERY cosy house, clean, friendly owner who responded quickly when there was a little technical issue to resolve; we loved our stay! It is a very quiet location a bit outside of Zabljak - too far for daily walking there, no problem though if you have a car.

The double bed was too hard for our liking and the kitchen could be equipped a lot better. We had a hard time to identify the house despite of the provided gps info, since there are several similar houses close-by. Suggestion: provide a up2date foto showing also the neighbouring houses as well for better orientation; please also provide info on the key locker box some days upfront since during travelling to get there some may not have data connectivity to receive it immediately, as we did.

- small bathroom (for such a big house) with boiler just opposite person's face - no table for working with laptop - no shops are available in walking distance - just one café available (good one, but still without choice)

Pros: Jelena is incredibly welcoming. The cottage is in a field, with only construction projects around it, it is almost completely silent at night, both sound and light. Excellent stove that allows you to heat the whole house and remove excess moisture. Good water pressure and enough hot water to wash several people. Plenty of glass cups available. Good appliances include a washing machine and an air conditioner that has a life of its own. The location of the house fits perfectly into the access to the ski lift and 5 km from Žabljak and all hiking trails. The end windows with a view of Savin Kuk have good soundproofing. There is a tumble dryer for laundry. WiFi router is MiFi format and gets signal to all rooms.

Cons: There is a building site directly in front of the house and sacks from underneath the mixes are sometimes blown into the house by the wind. The house is on several floors, the floors creak, and the bedrooms are like cells in a hermit's temple (small and dark) and not very comfortable. The shutters on the windows are not fixed in any way and bang against the house at night. The cooker is placed in such a way that its heat makes it impossible to stand near the sink and there is a risk of burning yourself if you walk past it. The cooking utensils are as cheap and non-functional as possible. The water drain in the toilet cistern needs to be adjusted, otherwise the water is constantly running out. The house is still under construction, which is paid for by your stay, and this has many disadvantages. The sockets are not conveniently located and there are not enough of them. If you do not have a car, there is nothing to do here.

very nice house. we were one of the first guests to visit this holiday house. location is very good for summer and winter stay. kitchen good equipped. nice beds and lovely Mountain View.

was advertised as a house for 5 people but I wouldn’t recommend staying with more than 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. we were 4 adults and we were missing a bit of an area to eat. some seats and shade on the outside terrace would have been nice.
