This property is nothing short of fantastic - unique and quirky, the look and feel of it is like something out of a fairytale… Enchanting with beautiful views. We woke up and basked in the morning mountain sun with a coffee. In the evening we sat by the fire, met some friendly guests and had wholesome chats with the truly amazing hosts Alexander & Veda. Their knowledge of the area transformed our experience by giving us the best suggestions and detailed instructions that were just brilliant.

It a bit like entering Narnia, when you first see this beautiful house Nadgora Skyview set apart on top of a little hill with the forest and Dumitor mountains in the background. The design of the house itself is very unique a blend, of cabin ideas from different continents. This place is so different to all the multitudes of standard sprawling A frame huts being offered near Zabljak town. Inside it has a 'Eco, log cabin vibe. We stayed in an extremely spacious room with beds for 4 with an en suite bathroom. We had a little balcony too from where you could sit and listen to the forest sounds. The owner 'Aleksandar' 'is a mine of information and offers a very personalised service regarding the best walks and routes to take to get the best views, (recording voice note directions so you can't go wrong). As for food, there is an excellent local restaurant in the resort across the way which serves local food and refreshments all day till 9pm. And if you self cater at the house, its a chance to meet lovely guests from all over the world while you prepare food or drink in either the small or downstairs large kitchen.

The only thing we could comment on was the water pressure in the shower, which was a bit low. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Aleksandar is a very kind and helpful host, who offers a lot of great advice about scenic roads and spots to visit. The Skyhouse is located in an absolutely beautiful area, far away from main road and other houses for rent. The view from the place is beautiful and the house itself is very quaint, the rooms are spacious. If you're lucky enough to have a cloudless night, the sky looks insanely pretty here. Lovely place to stay, highly recommend staying here for a couple of nights!

We had an amazing stay at the SkyHouse. The scenery is beautiful: a great place to relax after an active day. There are hiking options from the location and many others within reasonable driving distance. Aleksander booked a rafting tour for us and we were picked up from the location. The food and the people at the adjacent restaurant are great. Highly recommended!

We loved the room, the views and the nature around the place. The shared room with the fireplace was really cosy. Our host Alexandar was very helpful and gave us really nice hiking tips. We also had the homemade dinner every night and that was really nice to have authentic food.

Honestly this was the most amazing place we stayed at in Montenegro. Aleksandar and his wife basically welcome you into their home that they've built themselves. The location is spectacular - surrounded by nature - it's incredibly peaceful. There are a number of very nice places outside/indoors to chill. We had dinner, lunch as takeaway and breakfast in the restaurant and they were the best meals we had during our trip. I cannot recommend this place enough - we will definitely be back!

All good, would have liked better lights in the bedrooms (no bedside lights) Would have benefited from a bigger fridge as we had 3 large families sharing 2 small fridges which was too small for 15 people.

Beautiful property in the middle of nature. We felt very welcomed by Alex and family, with lots of helpful suggestions for activities. Food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious with very generous portions

The house is comfortable and quiet, and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was closed for renovations on our first night and Alexsandar and his wife cooked us an amazing meal and served it to us on their kitchen table with some local wine.

A bit sound isolation is low

Great owners, couple, that just make us so happy with their overwhelming hospitality. The place is amazing. Pure nature. Wooden new houses, very clean, very nice. We would come back only to you)

We had a little bit of trouble cooking in the kitchen, since we overloaded the circuits a bit, but the hosts were great and helped us fix it.

The location of this stay were excellent. There were hiking trails straight from the stay, and the host was more than happy to sit down and show us what the best options for hiking were. We were in the apartment for six people, and it was very comfortable. There was one double bed and two single beds in the room, and then a loft with another double bed. On the main floor there is a shared kitchen, and then on the second floor there is a sink, fridge and plates/cups etc. Our apartment was on the third floor. The wifi was good.

House is lost on the top of Zabljak; it's calm, clean, and very comfortable with an amazing view on the mountains. Living room and kitchen are shared with orher guests, which makes the stay very friendly. At night and for breakfast, you can enjoy tremendous home-made meals from the restaurant just behind. Alexander has been a fantastic host, advising us and the other guests all day long about the local nicest plans. He knows very well the geography and history of his region and his country, he likes to have à beer at night with his guests. It was very interesting to spend time there with him.
