Hello! We are very satisfied with the accommodation. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen have everything one needs to feel well. The sofa is great. The Air conditioning helped us feel warm when we got back from a wet hiking day. It is very cosy and well situated. We had a wonderful stay.

The price of the villa was relatively affordable, the place was clean, and the host responded quickly to any questions we had.

Payment could only be made in cash, which I find inconvenient. The villa had a serious insect problem—there were no window screens, and it seemed like no pest control had been done. We encountered many bugs including moths, cockroaches, and some green insects, which was very unpleasant. On top of that, there was a bad odor on the upper floor. The air conditioning was only available upstairs, while the bedrooms had none. For guests with children, the stairs are especially unsafe and not up to standard. At night, going to the bathroom means going down these dangerous stairs to the ground floor. Unfortunately, we will not return to this property.

We were delighted with the house – it’s beautiful, clean, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. It has a lovely terrace and a safe area where the kids can play, which meant a lot to us. Waking up to the morning sunlight and the surrounding nature was truly special. Highly recommended, we’d love to come back.

The two-bedroom holiday home was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a relaxing mountain getaway. The house is beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedding and modern amenities. The terrace was a lovely bonus — ideal for enjoying the fresh air and peaceful surroundings. Free parking on-site made everything easy and convenient. Our host was absolutely fantastic — friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Žabljak — we would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great👍 All the facilities are brand new👌easy parking and barbecue if you need🙂 Take a telescope - the place is great for stargazing, because it is a bit outside the Zabljak, but it's still 7 minutes of driving. We absolutely loved our stay in this house! It's truly excellent, with a magnificent mountain view that was a constant delight. Inside, it's very spacious, everything is new, and there's absolutely everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen is superbly equipped, and for cooler weather, there's a heater and air conditioning, which is very convenient. We especially want to mention the hospitable hostess who gave us such a warm welcome. And of course, we can't forget the very comfortable bed where we slept wonderfully. Enjoy! 😊

Small suggestions for improvement: * It would be great to install a small threshold in the shower cabin to prevent water from leaking onto the floor. * Adding shower gel or shampoo would be a nice touch. Otherwise, everything was simply super! We highly recommend this place!👍
