We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Russia- Partly, of course, does not depend on the hotel, but there is much to develop. Some rooms at the hotel come to the courtyard or the wall of the neighboring House. Therefore, for whom it is important, then consider this moment. Both rooms do not fully close and have cracks. The noise from the streets is very hear and who has a sensitive dream can not sleep at all. Fans drive at night on roads enough on the island. I would like to see replacement of Windows on metal-plastic with noise insulation in the future.
Overall, the hotel's accommodation was well. I'll note the following: - The rooms have everything you need. We had 2 rooms booked, one of which was with a balcony on which you can sit down. The rooms have safes, iron, cups, kettle, water, hairdryer and rest. Beds are good, bed linen clean. Rooms are cozy and free on the square. - The hotel has good breakfast with the option of choice. It was delicious. - Very convenient location of the hotel to the airport. The hotel staff, if necessary, will help to call a taxi and at a price not expensive. If you do not hurry, then a bus stop is at the turn, with which you can take the bus and get to the airport. Taxi ride about 10 minutes. - The staff is very polite. At any time will help with any question.

MaldivesThe bed was by far the worst bed I had slept in in 17 days in the Maldives, you could feel every spring in the bed, I asked for a topper or something to help with the prominent springs & they supplied it I used the quit also as a topper, surprisedly I actually slept good
Breakfast was fine after I had to establish they should give me a breakfast as first I was told sorry madam breakfast is finished @ 8.20 I said no you said 9am it is finished, so they made me some hot beans & boiled eggs, toast was available, & to be fair the beans were really nice.

MalaysiaI arrived at the hotel around 8:30 am after an early seaplane to drop off my backpack. The staff did not inform me of any issues with my booking. Around 10:30 am, I was told that my reservation was only for day use until 8:00 PM, even though I had a confirmed reservation for a full night with proof of payment. The lack of communication and poor inventory management caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I had to find another hotel at the last minute at my own expense and bear the taxi fare to new hotel. Although they promised to send me full refund proof, they only sent a screenshot of a refund request after I repeatedly contacted them from the new hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel until these issues are resolved
