This apartment is far from everything. We didn't enjoy Tulum as you have to pay to go to the beach, pay for parking and it was building rising up everywhere.

This apartment is absolutely amazing. New and so comfortable. We loved the small things like salt and dishwashing liquid ect that was available in this apartment.

The property is beautiful, clean, and in a safe neighborhood. The room had everything we needed for our short stay and the staff were always readily available whenever we needed anything (before and during the trip). The area felt safe and there are lots of food options (about 10 mins walk). Our room was facing the main road, so it was quite noisy during the day and in the early morning, so make sure to book a room facing away from that if you like to sleep in. I also highly recommend renting a car or scooter as the place is quite some distance from the main town and beach.

Isabell was very helpful. The private roof top and little private pool was so nice. It’s a very nice apartment with everything you need. But if you need to cook be aware that there is no cooking oil or salt. You need to buy everything. It’s about 20 mins walk to the center And 15 mins drive to the beaches.

The water pressure in the shower was weak

Very nice room. The bed is very comfortable, a lot of space, the bathroom is huge. The balcony is pleasant with good space, seating , privacy and a hammock. Isabel has been very helpful during our entire stay via whatsapp. The location is very good but i recommend to have a car, even though you can rent bikes directly from the host.

Our stay at Teva Tulum exceeded all expectations! The accommodation was incredibly spacious, with extremely comfortable beds that made for restful nights. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a toaster, coffee machine, oven, and all the dishes and utensils to cook comfortably, which made it feel like a home away from home.
