She gave us all the information we needed about day trips cenotes and tour guided, And we want to say thank you for an unforgettable vacation.

It's a little bit of a walk to get to eating places on the road, but there are nearby beach clubs to eat at from the beach.

Beautiful area on the beach. Private with very little beach traffic. House is in great shape and did not feel cramped with 6 people. All around great place to stay!

The house has good quiet and privacy but is a bit of a walk to the restaurants and shops of Tulum (10-15 minutes), and taxis are expensive. But, we really enjoyed the beach walk up to the shops and restaurants and other hotels. We had some issues with hot water but they were resolved quickly.

Very private house with beautiful view and beach access. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The house managers were easy to communicate and resolved our issues quickly. They also helped us arrange transportation and excursions. We were very comfortable here, traveling in a large group with several children.

We stayed in a smaller house (2 couples) over a long weekend, and our experience was great! Big thanks to Myriam and Juan Carlos for help and very good communication throughout our stay. The house is perfect for 2 couples, with each bedroom having a private entrance - 2nd bedroom is on the upper floor with an entrance from the outside. Incredible private beach, and even a cenote. Very clean, comfortable beds, jungle around. I would say that in reality the rooms look even better than in the pictures! 15min ride from party zone - so perfect if you’re looking for a quiet area. Even with a beach club next door, there was zero noise. 10-15 min walk there are some restaurants when you don’t want to ride to the main area of the hotel/party zone. We would definitely choose Casa Zaba next time we go to Tulum!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Zaba. The house is amazing - you feel like you're in the middle of the jungle, and just steps away you have an amazing beach with private sun chairs. A little walk to the main part of town, but not far. We would definitely stay here again!

- curtains were more than annoying and too small for the windows - the people who were in the other house were extremely rude, but I guess that is not the properties fault. Not sure if they knew someone else was staying there.

There are two separate houses, one in the front, one in the back. The houses are very nice, even though they do look nicer in the photos. Property is spacious and beautiful. Pet friendly and they were very welcoming towards our dog.

Wonderful stay, I wish we could have stayed longer! The location is amazing, right on the beach which is beautiful, quiet but possible to walk to many restaurants. Myriam and Juan were great hosts, we felt welcome and taken care of. We hope to come back soon.

Perfect place for me and my friend to stay. We each had our own level of the casita. it was perfect. We each had a king bed and our own bathroom. Both had a porch! Cenote access on site was a HUGE bonus.

Sadly a hurricane alert meant we had to leave earlier than planned. But even here, the staff were very helpful in every way

The manager Myriam was amazing - she was available on WhatsApp for all and any questions day and night. All the staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. It was like being part of a wonderful family

I stayed in the smaller house. It is perfect for two couples or a couple and 1-2 children. Very comfortable. Very isolated with a lovely private beach, and totally secure. Myriam and Juan are very nice, friendly, welcoming, prompt and professional. First class stay. One tip - If you want to enjoy fully the secluded paradise experience Casa Zaba offers, it's best to plan in detail all the shopping you will need and to ask Myriam to do it for you ahead of time. It's totally worth it. Then if you do want to eat or drink out, you can walk 500-600m up the beach to Nomad or Chringitos (and watch the turtles come up to lay eggs in the eveneing) and not have to go out to the street or into town. Going outside to the street is a bit of a jarring contrast to the oasis of the villa, and the nearest supermarket is about a 25 minute drive.

Please check sargassum The sea was full of algae and the beach smelled terrible. We stayed one night and left. Even though we knew that the money was non-refundable (I expected Myriam to give us at least something back, but she didn't), I completely understand that it's not her fault, but I really didn't imagine my vacation like this. before you book !! ( we didn’t )
