I realized later on that I have paid a lot for what I have been offered. The apartment is small. Living room is dark because it doesn't face the window. View is not very beautiful. It gives out to a building that is in construction

It’s a little far from the strip and main beach clubs and taxis were unexpectedly expensive

Very clean and updated. Enjoyed it , thank you

Nothing - all was really PERFECT!!!

We stayed at apartment B114 from Javier & Ana. It was just perfect!!! -size of the place and the bed (!) -the kitchen equipment -huge fridge (all brand new) -deco in all rooms on point -Smart tv in both rooms -communication with the owners was extra extra nice (through WhatsApp and always available!)

Towels were cheap. Do not absorb anything. No pool towels. Unfinished building construction. Address on booking is inaccurate, was hard to find.

Responsive to communication, solve issues fairly fast and reasonably.

The elevators aren’t installed yet so be prepared to navigate stairs with your luggage and climb 4 flights to access the rooftop pool. There are no onsite laundry facilities so if you are staying longer than a week prepare to drive into town to wash your clothes. Only 1 towel and pool towel per person was provided. There is a tv in bedroom and living room however everything was in Spanish and you are not able to change the language. We didn’t have immediate access to the WiFi and needed to reach out to the host for the updated login info. Rolling power outages are frequent since the development is under construction and lasted 30 seconds to 9 minutes. Aside from the room getting warm, that made it difficult one night while getting dressed for dinner in dark and then trying to navigate hallway and stairs without falling. The onsite staff do not communicate updates to the outages. You have to sit and wait. Because the place is new, it was difficult for taxis and deliveries to locate sometimes. Most of the kitchen supplies are plastic which is understandable however, will affect quality. My friend warmed a quesadilla and simple flipped the quesadilla with a plastic spatula and it melted! The wine glasses are also plastic and light weight, easy to knock over. I was excited about the overhead rainfall shower head however many of the nozzles were clogged so only a small stream came out which made showering not as pleasant also taking longer for rinsing off and washing. The real issue was after checking out. I followed all instructions for check out and even gathered towels and put in basket and wiped down counters and shower. Maybe a hour after checking out I received a bill for damages equivalent to $80+ USD for the burnt plastic spatula and “wine stains” on a towel…..the fact that the location is by the beach, staining is to expected especially on white sheets and towels.

The apartment was nicely furnished and clean There was also a nice bottle of wine on breakfast bar. There is a tv in bedroom and living room. The layout is beautiful and the gym amenities are decent. It’s a good 25 min walk to the closest convenience store and a nice strip of restaurants. Beach is close but with a catch
