We had a great stay very much enjoyed our 3 nights here. We had a balcony room and it was great. Location is excellent just down the street from the Basilica and Teatro Juarez. Friendly Staff. The breakfast buffet is delicious and filling. It was an amazing experience here.

We loved the hotel. It was perfect for family for our son’s wedding at the basilica. Family loved the charm of the hotel and its great location

Good location in the historical center so it's a walking distance from all the tourist attractions. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Check in and check out went smoothly

Because it's in the middle of the historical center it's very noisy so if you're looking for a place to rest this is not a good option. Additionally when I checked in the bathroom in my room had clearly not been cleaned there was hair in the shower and on the toilet and stains under the seat and soap stains on the sink. When I informed the staff they just brought a cloth with no disinfectant to clean the sink which is not appropriate. I did inform the staff again the next morning and they proceeded to thoroughly clean the room.

Location was excellent and room was spacious and comfortable.

We couldn't connect the tv and/or to any platform like netflix or amazon. The tv didn't have wifi. After a day walking around we wanted to rest and watch a movie and that wasn't possible.

Our upstairs room was very nice. Perfect location!

The first night we were given a room down a stairway. It does have an exterior window but it is on a hillside so part of the room would be underground and part would be above ground. Not a good experience. Fortunately they were able to provide us with a room upstairs for the balance of our trip and that was great.

The room was big and spacious the bathroom not so much the balcony was amazing if your a light sleeper don’t get a room with balcony you will hear street noise all hours and it’s next to night club me and my family didn’t mind central to everything easy to catch a taxi ride right outside hotel door

Free breakfast. Rooms are good size. Great location.

Can be noisy in the morning. People come from other hotels for free breakfast. Hard to get here with luggage since they dont really allow cars to stop here.

Location was excellent! Staff was friendly and very attentive.

Villa, had ac but did not cool the entire place. Upstairs stayed very hot and difficult to sleep.

Nice hotel with the perfect location in Guanajuato. This hotel was located in the perfect spot. Close to everything but didn’t have the noise of being in the town square. I would highly recommend this property.
