Service! Evening shift at reception was unhelpful, I asked for extra sachets tea and coffee ☕️. No access. I asked if he sold all rooms and nope. I asked if possible take one and give and refill next day. He hasn't have access to anything. My question is, what will he do in terms of emergency evaluation, if no one has full access to the building?

Staff spoke too softly. Our apartment was without water for 12 hours during the daytime. Staff could have been proactive to allow us to use another bathroom until the water issue was resolved.
The apartment was spacious and clean. Friendly staff.

The furniture needs to be changed and upgraded.
This property doesn't offer breakfast or any other type of meals. You have to make your own breakfast and for the value of money, its worth it any way...

I don't have anything that I didn't like about the accommodation. If anything, maybe a continental breakfast option would be nice for grabbing a quick bite before the day starts would be amazing.
The location of the building was ideal for doing business in Maputo. The apartment was very spacious with great views over the city and ocean. The staff were always on hand and ready to assist with any request.

Lack of wi-fi, external looks; talking about looks could be deceiving. But the level of hospitality I received and the facilities made up for the external appearance ☺️. The location is acceptable because it's a few minutes drive to the beach and city center. Lack of room phones to contact reception was another inconvenience.
Cleanliness, spacious and would be perfect for a family. Friendly staff with a great sense of service.
