This apartment is simply perfect to enjoy beautiful Utrecht! Nico is a wonderful host, offering insights and assistance both before our visit and upon the key collection on arrival. We often spoke about the immaculate cleanliness and attention to detail in the appartment. Every need of a visitor was catered for, generously. Thank you Nico, for hosting us in your beautiful, central apartment. It made it easy for us to explore not only your lovey city, but also the towns/cities surrounding it. It is an easy walk to the train station which makes this apartment is a great base. Make sure to leave enough time to stroll through Utrecht - it is a destination in itself!

The location is really good, the train station and attractions are within walking distance. The room facilities could meet all needs, especially having a basement and a sauna, loved the arrangement too much.

The bathroom on the ground floor is a bit small but acceptable.

Great location in the heart of the old city. Clean and well equipped.

The door that joins the owners flat and the apartment can't be secured from the guests side which feels a litle weird.

Loved the location. Right in the centre of things. But quiet. Bedroom was comfortable. Apartment was well appointed in terms of dishes, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Host was very friendly.

The bathroom is very small, tucked under some stairs. No room to put anything. Not even a proper mirror or bathroom lights. My biggest beef may have been there was no good place to put on makeup. Not a great deal of light, but if you're not spending all day in the suite, doesn't really matter. This is a good place but could be improved with more storage options. There were plenty of chairs, but not many places to put things on.

The breakfast could have been better as you had to prepare the breakfast yourself from items in the fridge

A lovely warm welcome by Nico Easy to find accommodation, everything you need and more, with we had been staying longer. Close to all restaurants, bars and shops. Would recommend

Excellent location on a quiet lane near Oudegracht and Domkwartier. Very well maintained, very clean and excellent facilities. Nico is a delight.

Bed arrangement not really suited to couples with an older child but flexible enough. Would be perfect for a couple.

The host Nik was a great guy that helped us a lot with the apartment and with city. He gave us a lot information about the things to do in Utrecht. A friendly guy with a great apartment divided in two floors. Very comfortable in the center of the city and a great sauna.

The apartment was beautiful and the location was absolutely excellent. Right in the heart of Utrecht, it was perfect to stroll about, stretch the legs and sample the culture.

Great location, very clean, very comfortable, nice beds, very quiet at night, good shower, good beds. Lots of chairs, plenty of soft towels.

Minor issues only: no hooks to hang clothes or towels in the bathroom, no hot water in the bathroom sink, microwave too high to reach, blinds at the back too high to reach to pull down once they were up in the highest position, mirror in the bathroom too high up.

Fantastic friendly hosts wonderful location!

A very large, centrally-located apartment, spread over two floors, with a view of the garden on one side and the street on the other. It incorporates a large bath and a sauna and is very comfortably furnished. The host was charming and very helpful.

The Wi-Fi signal was a bit patchy.

Had a great time spending the weekend in Utrecht at B&B Chez Cho. Spotlessly clean, with all you could need. The beds were comfortable, the area quiet at night and the location right in the picturesque canal area. You can easily walk from the train station and around the city. The sauna was a luxurious touch at the end of each day. Nico met us at the property and was available if we were to have any issues. I hope to return here again and would highly recommend.

Good and clean place , everything was as it should! Great stay,highly recommended!

The hosts are very lovely and welcoming. They provided everything that I wanted easily. I had a great time in the sauna and the jacuzi and felt very much relaxed after the long working days. The facility is very easy to reach and I am sure if you have more time than me it is also nice to explore things in Utrecht itself.

I do not think there is anything that I did not like about this lovely stay.
