The bathroom needs extra cleaning as there is a lot of mold.

We liked the location, the room was quiet enough even though it's in the center of Thamel. The bed was good. The staff was good, everything we asked was always ok (extra nights, keeping our luggages in the reception when we traveled around).

Bathroom wasn't very clean. Because we stayed on a lower floor and the location is amazing, lot of noise from the street.

Hot Shower could have been more better mainly during cold weather .

Perfect location close to the market like Groceries, Restaurents , Trekking shops . Quiet place from the busy street noise. Nice rooms as per booking price .

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was far from clean — the floor was dusty, the bathroom had stains, and the bedsheets didn’t look freshly changed. There was a musty smell throughout the room, which made it very uncomfortable to stay in. On top of that, there were hardly any facilities. There was no kettle, no drinking water, and even basic amenities like toiletries and towels were either missing or of poor quality. The Wi-Fi didn’t work properly. For the price charged, I expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained room, but this experience was the complete opposite. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made in cleanliness and guest facilities.

Absolutely Disgusting – Health Risk This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room had a strong, damp, musty smell that was overwhelming — it was so bad that my nose got blocked within minutes of being inside. To make matters worse, I saw a cockroach crawling on the bed. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. I couldn’t stay even one night and had to leave the same day after my few meetings. If you care about cleanliness or your health, do not book this place. Staying here is literally risking your well-being.

It's dirty, of course, like everywhere else in Kathmandu.

A very good host, helped us in solving our issues. Breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the trees and Swayamibuddnath. Very tasty freshly brewed coffee.

The facilities are minimal. There was no air conditioning, only a fan.

Very friendly staff, a great location, in the middle of Thamel but not noisy, a clean spacious room, hot water in the bath at all times.

Stayed 4 nights and hot shower worked only once. Water in the bathroom toilet and sink is brown colour. No sun coming in - cold room. Constant electricity cuts. Dirty.
