The bed was a little dusty after removing the comforter. It was clean but dusts were there. Who needs a night long sleep and have dust allegy, may face problem. But I don't mean to complain, everything else was good.

It was good value for money. I had a late check in and everything was smooth. The staff is helpful. Room is spacious. Most basic amenities were there. 24/7 hot water.

Very thick walls so I could hear every word outside of my room on the floor. But I've noticed it's typical problem for Katmandu in general 😔

Staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The room was big, bright and tidy. The view was nice. Super fast internet! And you can pay by card!

The hotel is located in the Thamel area, so there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and it's at walking distance from Durbar Square. The reception is in the ground floor, and the rooms at the 4th to 7th floors; there's a small elevator. The room was ample and clean, with plenty of space; it had a bed and a desk. Water, instant coffee, tea bags and an electric kettle were provided. The bathroom was clean, soap and towel were provided. The WiFi worked well. The staff were very nice. Overall, the hotel is not fancy at all, but it's functional and everything was ok. Good value for the money.

Location is very near to Thamel but no noices at night from neighborhood. I had the luxe room, very spacious. The best bed I ever had during my stay in Nepal. Very friendly and service minded manager and assistent. I booked this location also because my favorit restaurant Mitho is at the opposite side of the road. Definitely will book again on my next travel to Nepal.

The big room only had a tiny window which made the air quality bad in the room. On top everywhere was mold on the walls and corner. Every time I came back in the room it smelled pretty moldy :(

this is the best value of money for staying here, new towel ,new mattress,new blanket and all clean like Japanese hotel, good toilet but little dirty inside the basin, there are several food shops around the hotel ,inside the room is quiet and no air pollution,13 times to visit Kathmandu and this hotel is the best of all staying with the budget

There is nothing to complain considering the price. Its the best value for money hotel.

The staffs are very humble and helpful. You will never regret on hospitality. The rooms are really huge and you will not get any rooms in this price. Each floor is equipment with individual high speed wifi facilities, i was able to work remotely full time without any network hiccups as like other hotels.. 24x7 hot water in the bathrooms. Suitable for long stays

We had difficulty turning off the water in the toilet sink. Our room faced the road, so it was noisy at night, despite being on the 6th floor.

Clean and spacious room. Hot shower worked perfectly. Good location. There's lift to go up. Staff are great.
