No kitchen sink which was a shock. Another bed-side light would be good plus replacement light bulb over the stairs.

Great position with lovely views of one of the best beaches in the area. Great restaurant right next door. Off street parking. Comfortable bed. Fan for cooling. Fresh flowers on arrival. Easy access.

They forgot to put the keys where they said they would put it, but that can happen. In hindsight it was kinda funny And that there was no wifi but they are working on it so they are fixing it

The curtains in the property were shorter than the window length and felt strange sleeping in a room with a swimming pool in it.

The host were very accommodating kind and helpful plus the View from the room was breath taking I love the ocean so it was a perfect place to unwind and relax I've been in NZ for a year and Aqua on the beach is the first place I've actually felt so comfortable and at peace.

When people walk around upstairs, it's very noisy downstairs. So much so that it wakes you up. Other than that, everything was fantastic. The downstairs was spacious and clean with everything I needed. Instructions for the key and gate were excellent. Location was perfect. Outdoor seating was a bonus - we could sit outside with friends. Private property with no traffic noise.

The location was great - the beach was right across the road. Downstairs unit had a full kitchen (I believe the upstairs unit did not have the same facilities) The shower was great, and the bed was comfortable. It's a Lockwood building, so you get the noises that come with a Lockwood. Fan was appreciated on the first night - the weather was really warm!

Unusual having a pool right beside your bed which is off limits (can't enjoy)

Great location. View over the sea was amazing. Didn't use the kitchen as we just needed a bed for the night and walked to the Italian restaurant for a meal. Breakfasted at half Moon bay marina.

Breakfast was great. I had a hot breakfast prepared for me and delivered to my room every day. The bed was very comfortable. There is a garden and covered outdoor table and chairs to eat in ir out.

Really stylish and comfortable. Beautiful views. Felt very much at home. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Caught the ferry into Auckland which was an added bonus to our trip. Stayed in the Queen Studio so a different location to the other apartments.

Noise traveled quite a bit in the Lockwood house so we heard the tenants below quite a lot. Out of the owners control but there was a very loud game being played at the Christian camp behind us at 7am.

Great spot very close to the beach. Nice view from our apartment of the water. Comfortable bed.

Was hard to find the key in the dark as we arrived late unfortunately due to a delayed flight, there was no outside lights that came on. Once we got inside it was also very dark and couldn't find the light switch and you could easily fall into the indoor swimming pool while stumbling around looking for the light switch. Didn't really like sleeping beside a inground pool. We had no idea there was an indoor pool as we thought we'd booked their other property at Eastern Beach which we'd stayed at before.

Great location, spacious, off street parking, had everything you needed except milk, although we were warned in a txt there was no milk supplied

Being a Lockwood house, it was very creaky/noisy. We were downstairs and could hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, including voices, tv, trips to the bathroom in the night etc Kept us awake :(

Good size accommodation. Very close to the beach. Great off street parking.
