Could improve shower and add a TV

Beautiful spot close to river , amidst cherry orchard. Lovely hosts and perfect spot for our dog to run around .

No matter how much we tried and followed instructions , We could only get hot water for about 45 secs. Water was hot in tap, just had cold shower in the end . Fabulous otherwise. X

The shower is a little tricky, but understandable since it’s running on the farm’s water pump.

Great location, not too far from the town center. A nice and quiet cherry farm, perfect for my two dogs — they really enjoyed running around there (Full fenced). We all loved it!

Amazing place to stay with my dogs. We had everything we needed and more. Awesome river walk right behind the property. Sam and Linden were such a lovely and kind hosts. Meeting all their animals was a treat. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again when I'm in the area! Thank you!!

Soft comfy bed and pillows. Large room and bathroom. Beautiful grounds. Quiet and tidy. Had a very nice feel. Gardening mags to read. Love to stay there again.

I'm not a fan of not having separate washing of dishes etc - a handbasin in the bathroom is not considered a safe option. I assume dishes are taken away for washing in dishwasher and returned.

location was great. A longer stay would have meant that I could have done location justice. The provision of heaters was good as they were needed. Lovely info about the owners, pets and important things to note. These were well written and the supporting pictures were great. It was pleasing to read. Being able to park the car close was good. I felt very safe being a lone traveller. Being able to bring my pet was the main reason for staying.

Breakfast consisted of some dry cereal in a jar, half a bottle of milk, and four pieces of bread from the fridge. The Marmite and peanut butter jars were expired, and the used tub of olive spread contained tiny crumbs from previous use and was nearing its expiration date. Overall, it was unappealing, and we suspected that the cereal and everything else provided might also be unsuitable for consumption. We contacted the host, who simply responded with, "Sorry to hear that." Afterward, we received a box with a single banana, four pieces of bread, and fresh jars of peanut butter and honey. Despite this, we chose to get breakfast elsewhere. The so-called "good breakfast" or "continental breakfast" mentioned in the listing was completely misleading. They really shouldn't advertise it as a B&B.

The place didn't have a TV so I asked about it but unfortunately couldn't do much about it but said she had an un occupied room that was empty which they use for renting out she let me have that it had a TV so everything worked out

Nothing at all

Everything was just perfect, loved the couple that accommodated us. I would recommend this barn stay if you’re looking for an accommodation around this area. Loved their dog (Teddy) and I know you will too.
