Central location, clean, comfortable, great facilities, close to public transport and comfy beds. Great sand proofing windows do dull Saturday night bar noise, could easily sleep through weekend noise.

Nothing. One thing to mention though is you could hear the music and people at the bars below at the weekend when in bed but if you are used to noise then it wouldn’t matter.

Mattresses were somewhat uncomfortable and could be uplifted with some mattress toppers. Not a big issue though.

Location was perfect directly above all the great restaurants on the waterfront. Big apartment, plenty of space, great kitchen. Washer and dryer was great to do some mid holiday laundry too.

The host was very strict when it came to releasing the access code to the property. It has to be after 3 pm. It's such a waste of time. And we had to leave sharp at 10 am. Too calculative as a host.

The view was simply stunning overlooking the Viaduct harbour.

Not necessarily a negative but be aware of some weekend evening noise from the bars below as to be expected in a location like this. Only able to hear it from the main bedroom and didn't bother most of us at all.

Very spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Washing machine and dryer, basics like dishwashing liquid and paper towels were handy. Very accommodating with portacot and portacot linen. Great with communication.

Everything was great. Maybe thecra ked bathroom tiles could do with a tidy up.

Instructions and organized to get to lockbox, and inside without having to deal with anyone was great. Excellent views and value for money was brilliant.

Fantastic location looking over viaduct area, handy to parking and transport. Easy instructions to access key cards from lockbox on site. Very comfortable beds, great having 2 bathrooms, excellent living space and balcony with lovely view of viaduct and harbour bridge. Kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Nightlife noise was minimal once doors closed (stayed Sat/Sun nights of long wknd) and blackout curtains worked perfectly. Loved having multiple doors to enjoy fresh air, and air-con to cool at night. Stayed in June - didn't need heating! Perfect for our family getaway - 2 adults and a teen. Would highly recommend and definitely book again!!

Location is great! Not too far from the airport, and close enough to the ferry terminal. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and views over looking the harbour. Dale was great with communication.

Didn’t like the second bedroom - not really a bedroom more like an MPR. The apartment could have been cleaner, dust on all the furniture and the glass tables needed cleaning

i think the kitchen could do with a colander....other than that, everything was there that we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable.

This is an exceptionally comfortable, spacious apartment with two excellent bathrooms, one with a bath. With views overlooking the harbour. It is well appointed, we cooked many meals in the week that we were here and ate at the dining table with beautiful views. The location is great, if a little lively on the weekends, but within walking distance of all the waterfront and CBD. Netflix and excellent wifi. Very happy to highly recommend the apartment and the very responsive hosts.
