The bed is a little on the small side, we are quite tall and didn’t fit into it, think it’s a small double as we don’t normally hang off the end of a double bed! A couple of the items in the kitchen were quite dirty and we had to clean them before they could be used (like some of the glasses)

The apartment is in a great location and the self check-in instructions/ communication from Martin were super clear so everything was quite easy. It was clean and actually quite spacious for what we needed for a few nights with the bonus of a balcony and view of the city. It feels safe and well looked after and the washing machine and dryer in the bathroom was amazing to have. Great wifi too….We felt it was a fair price.

Uncomfortable bed with flat pillows (for my preference anyway) Not enough blankets and towels provided.

Location was great, nice views, enough space for 1-2. Sufficient equipment in kitchen and bathroom. Good communication with Martin.

One of the elevators was broken for our stay, and room wasnt the cleanest.

I didn’t like the dirty carpets, a bad smell coming from the toilet/bathroom (maybe a plumbing issue) the tiles on the balcony aren’t cemented down properly and also the railing in the balcony was very dirty

Didn't like like the dining chairs lol felt like a hole whn u sat on them & just under the bed was filthy it just needed a good vacuum. Otherwise, it had everything you needed.

Tv cable dodgy so had to repeatedly jiggle it to try get channel - needs be replaced. Soap dispenser in bathroom squirted out a very watery liquid rather than liquid soap, carpet could do with good clean and was what looked like cigarette burn next to bed, pillows very thin, new cutlery needed - is a mis-match of old cutlery looks like from op shop, loose tiles on balcony (left side)

Central to everything, great location, easy access, quiet apartment & floor, had everything needed, fantastic views, mostly in good & clean condition

Lovely comfortable and clean studio apartment in the perfect location to explore Auckland. The view of the surrounding area and the Sky Tower is unreal! Great value for money and would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Just wish the second elevator was working. Apart from that, I don't really have any complaints. The switches were marked on what they do if they weren't lights and instructions were listed to help if you did want to use something like the dishwasher or oven, not that I did.

The location was fantastic, it was right next to where I would be able to see my friends in just a moment if I left something at theirs and being right in city centre, the food options were not limited. The place was well maintained and comfy

Would have been nice to have a couple of wine glasses to enjoy our bottle of wine rather than two mismatched tumblers. A face cloth and a hand towel would have been lovely and there were no rubbish bin liners so tricky when you are expected to dispose of the rubbish. We did purchase some plunger coffee only to discover the plunger was broken. Matching coffee cups would have been a little more decadent.

location was great, very easy walk to Arena, viaduct and ferry. nice to have a balcony. very sunny, comfortable bed and good shower.

The room was clean but the smell of Asian / Indian cooking was very unpleasant, I have to open the door wide for many hours for the smell I have to follow some house rules like take your shoes off when you inside the room, I paid for the room I should be able to live freely without following restrictions The bed is quite hard and uncomfortable, the bed sheets and pillows were all have the smelly of these cooking food Some other basic needs must be provided example tea coffee sugar etc

Some of the cupboards & the oven had crumbs from the previous ppl staying.

It was such a great room, wifi was really good especially since we were on floor 17! All facilities inside the room were really good, the room even had a washing machine & dryer which was really handy for us. The bed was comfortable & everything in the apartment worked well. On the whole a really nice place to stay for a great value of money. The hotel was easy to find & in a great location as it's right beside the sky tower! Definitely would recommend staying here!
