Even though it looked clean we found wrappers under the beds

It was simple and we had what we needed to cook simple meals. Great location to a playground and the beach and the games room was an awesome touch.

The blankets on the queen beds were so thick (only one blanket). Would rather have layers of blankets so can adjust for comfortable. I found the thick blankets uncomfortable as I am a hot sleeper

The cost was great for 5 people for 3 nights

Nothing! We had a great stay and would stay again.

Such a lovely little place to relax and unmwind and enjoy time with family. We loved the little games room which had table tennis and pool. And the kids loved the trampoline and ample piles of board games and books. A close walk to Manly beach which was lovely to stroll around and right next door to a huge park. The house was comfortable and lots of heaters to keep us warm - we were here in winter. Thoroughly enjoyable

Cute little house with everything you need. Lovely and warm and plenty of space for everyone. Added addition of spa and games room makes it an easy stay with kids.

I feel it would be good if they could have at least 1 extra toilet downstairs. People who are having knee problem or difficulty on climbing stairs, it's a bit problem for them.

The house is in good area. Very quiet. The house was very cleaned, neat, tidy and very spacious. All the kitchen appliances were available, that too of good quality.

Had to book last minute after couldn’t stay with family. Great location, good games room for rainy days, double story and large master room made it feel bigger, nothing extravagant but good value for money when discounted. Missing a couple of things like a drying rack for dishes and few ants in the kitchen but everything else was as advertised

The house was basic but comfortable, was generally clean throughout but we suffered with ants every day of our stay in the kitchen. No matter how much I cleaned it. The WiFi code given didn't work, I messaged the property owner every day of our stay about this but no communication was received.

Was in a good location but the travel in and Out of the peninsula to other Auckland attractions was a bit repetitive

If you don't like heights, (like me), the top of the stairs with the low railing can be a bit scary.

Unfortunately the king bed was very uncomfortable and the furniture in the lounge is pretty old and past its best re comfort. Needed a way to hang wet clothes inside eg drying racks. Both kids got folliculitis from the spa so some better water treatment is needed there please. The bus that goes past regularly is very loud and literally shakes the house as do bigger cars with boats. Windows are single glazed and rubber seals pretty much gone, so a lot of breeze getting in.

Loved having the three bedrooms for our family to spread out and a self catering kitchen. The bathroom was excellent. Kids loved the games room. It was a small walk to the beach and there was a big park across the fence.

There was a terrible rotten fish smell in the kitchen and foot odour smell in the lounge. The front door had a clear glass window with no curtain so anyone could see in when you used the stairs especially at night. The kettle needs replacing. The welcome email instructions did not match the reality for arriving so was confusing on where to park and the setup for wifi was completely different. The house is located on the same site as a block of units which is totally fine but it's confusing when you arrive not knowing this.

Loved the space and the location. So close to the beach. Nice and tidy with good furnishings and heating sources.

TV and wifi connection was a bit slow, but we managed ok

Very comfortable, spacious for the family, had everything we needed, well equiped kitchen. Really close to Big Manly beach, playground and park. Short walk to Manly village centre, and to little Manly beach.

Had an ant issue in the kitchen. And was surprised to find the photo of the Pool table etc not part of the actual accomodation.

Has the real feel of a NZ beach House when I was young. The two outdoor areas for entertaining and relaxing are great.
