Not much of a complaint, more of something I would wanna make aware. Beneath the kitchen sink there is a slight leak when using the water to rinse your dishes.

The room in entirety, the views were definitely an added bonus. Having a washer and dryer is always handy. Had a wonderful stay.

Having to get the key from another address was a bit frustrating I must admit.

Beautiful views and a very sweet apartment, in a great location. We had some mix-ups with our flights and the hosts were very accommodating and tried to find us extra accommodation and provided a late checkout. Highly recommend

There’s was a funny smell in the kitchen and bathroom at times. Kinda smelt like feet and curry. That was the only thing might wanna find where it come from. The only other thing was that 3 toilet rolls for 3 days was not enough.

Loved the views, location and beautiful layout furniture. Everything just fabulous.

The property felt nice to stay in, spacious, and I could work while my partner watched TV in the bedroom, which was great for us. Clean and tidy, the bed was good and big! We will book this again, parking was onsite available, too which was a bonus!

PITA to pick up keycards from a separate location, thankfully our Uber waited and then took us down to apt after picking keys up. I had to ask for more loo roll, they were kind enough to drop some off - but just supply it right away, TV in bedroom does not work as it does not have a functioning remote, they dropped a new one off for me and expected me to program it.

Communication with Katie and Annabelle and the check in procedure were a nightmare, the place were you pick-up the keys is not 100m away. If you do not have access to internet FORGET it. You get the check in info only at 15:00 per online “bording pass”. If you are by car and alone also forget it. There is no place to park at the pick up of keys. Communication felt like you are writing with a chatbot. We never got an invoice for the parking even though we asked plenty of times. Super unprofessional. Never again

Bedroom carpet had quite a few strands of long hair scattered about. Sofa in the lounge was not clean as there were crumbs present and the furniture itself could do with a replacement. Balcony door lock was broken. There was a leak under the kitchen sink that was only discovered because the bowl that had been placed there, had overflown - otherwise, we would've never known about any of it. Smell of neighbour's cooking came through the ceiling vents most nights.

Excellent location. Spacious apartment. Good view of the city and the bay. Super comfortable bed. Decent kitchen facilities. Host was responsive. Keys were easy to pick up and quite close to the apartment/hotel building.

For a property that prides itself on being smoke free the room smelt quite bad of it. I struggled to lock the deck door as it was broken when we arrived. They took more than the agreed refundable bond fee of $350 which was never paid back and when I contacted them about it there was no response the second time around. The place was left immaculate too. Apart from that the room was nice and in a very central location.
