There was no milk provided and 1 towel each for a 3day stay was not sufficient!

It was nice and quite, very comfortable bed, building was easy to access and food and entertainment was just downstairs. Also felt very secure!

Everything was clean and beautiful but the bed maybe needs a thicker mattress topper. Could feel the wires while lying down.

Just a few small comments not complaints just suggestions Room quite light but as expected being so close to the city, could be easily fix with curtains instead of blinds in the bedroom area. Being a apartment it wasn't serviced but would have liked an extra roll of toilet paper and milk for the first night. We stayed 6 nights but only had 3 towels even tho there is a washing machine which we used but maybe a few more towels left. There's also a hum that's probably air conditioning units but after a few nights you get used to them. Being on the 19th floor the street noise wasn't a problem but I could imagine lower floors could be noisy. Only ever seen one staff member in a glass office didn't speak or even look up so not much to comment on there.

Excellent location, sky tower right outside the balcony, spoilt for choice of eateries.

Nothing, had a great experience

I enjoyed how central it was to everything. Good walking distance to most things! The indoor pool was fun and I thoroughly enjoyed being able to feel at ease having my own space & privacy as well as enjoy what Auckland had to offer

Getting the keys was fine but there is no obvious sign for the apartments. For "oldies", it would be helpful, even if there was a huge 64 on the doors??? Providing an Apartment information booklet, especially for the use of the washer/dryer and rangehood. Took us a wee while to work out "Full" light on dryer meant empty water bottle (we don't have one of these at home). Still didn't work the rangehood :( One of the two bath towels was a little small - was easy enough to go across to warehouse to get bigger towels. There wasn't a bowl (as we found when we wanted scrambled eggs for 2) lol - we made do but a bowl could help please. This is not moaning or even negative, all of the above would be just a nice to have.

The location was awesome. We were fortunate with a balcony and water views out to Harbour Bridge. Communications were always immediate. Useful having nice size fridge and the hob.

Nice apartment, clean and well equipped. Easy walk to harbour, main shopping area and train station. Local supermarket five mins walk. Secure entry and lift.

Someone on another balcony was smoking and it blew through. Not the hotels fault just a selfish fellow traveller as it is a no smoking building.

Just wow! This was so much more than we expected. Little welcoming touches that made a massive difference. Would stay here again no problems at all. Fabulous for adults.

The whole place was a little bit unclean, more so the foyer to our apartment – the carpet was filthy. The shower was so small that it was hard to turn and move around in there. Also, it was much smaller than made to appear in photos. Lastly, the pillows were either very hard or barely anything. However for the price was good.

The location of this apartment was amazing!! Literally opposite the sky tower, and for a fraction of the price of any other places nearby.

Wanted some info from the guy behind the counter on the Fri when we checked in. He was watching stuff on his phone and barely acknowledged us. When he did he was rude and grunted a response and wouldn't help. We were in and out several times throughout the day and he never moved. Sat at his desk with his head down, watching his phone. A rude, arrogant individual who should be removed from the role. Gave an otherwise outstanding facility a bad taste and pointless having someone at reception if they are so useless, rude and unhelpful.

Could have been just a little cleaner in terms of bedding and dishes from previous stay If wanting to use gym on holiday you will need to sign up for local one on casual pass as this one only is treadmill, bike and chest press No free weights in there

What a location! Felt safe as you have to have a key swipe for all doors/ lifts/ gym/ rubbish room No random people will be entering off the streets as I know being in the city can be a concern for some Also $13 day parking in secure facility right across from apartments which is not too expensive

Miscommunication with owner meant we struggled to access the building/room, not ideal at the latest hour we arrived after a long travel day, but it got sorted quickly enough.

Good location for activities. Washer/dryer in room was great, although the dryer part didn’t work as well as we hoped.

There were very few utensils available for cooking - a spatula would have been nice as well as a bit of cooking oil.

Great size room, comfy bed, heater, easy check-in and I was able to store my luggage on departure. Extremely well located in Auckland CBD with quick access to the Downtown ferry terminal as well as different bus routes (including the SkyDrive to the airport). Plenty of great restaurants and shops only a few mins walk away. Very clean and modern. Felt cosy. Had a washing machine and a dryer, which was an added bonus. A few sachets of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and Salt and pepper, as well as shampoo and body wash were available. Dishwashing liquid, powder and washing powder were also available.
