Multilevel townhouse style apartment. Every bedrooms has it's own ensuite bathroom, with an extra guest toilet in the living room. Large screen TV, fully decked out kitchen, washer and dryer, as well as a wet room downstairs. Ample of parking in a private car yard,about 30m away from the front door.

As it's titled, Cozy and Comfortable it is, Access to the accommodation was a breeze with instructions provided. Even with it's location ( a main route between West, Central and East Auckland ), the noise is not as bad as I thought it might be. Each room has a Shower/Bathroom ( 3rd and 1st floor ) with a half Bathroom on the 2nd floor which is also the main floor ( Kitchen, Dining and Living areas ). Handy to local mall and other major attractions. Overall the accommodation served our Family Weekend escape and would consider returning should the need arise again. The place was spacious and comfortable, and most of the facilities exceeded my expectations. The only downside was the garage—it was a bit small. I was lucky to have hired a compact car, which fit just fine, but anyone with a larger vehicle might find it challenging.

Just couldn't get the heat pump to work in the living room so was a little chilly. Luckily there were portable heaters. Didn't spoil it though, our stay was perfect.

Absolutely amazing place. So much space for our family of 5. Very special way to spend my birthday being so close to the city. Rooms were lovely and a bathroom in each bedroom was incredible. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Pillows were too flat and the bedsheet covering the duvet was dusty. Clothes railing in the cupboard was very dirty. Other than that, everything else was great!

Conveniently location - just 5 minutes from Westfield St Luke's. Spacious, clean and well-equipped house. Every bedroom had an ensuite. It had everything we needed! Felt like home!

Overall is comfort and full Kitchen facilities. Only the Oven has to be clean up.

My mum loved all the bathrooms, she enjoys having her own bathroom which is a highlight at this house. All basics provided and great having a shed to park in but also extra parking at the front was very handy.

The Aircon unit might need servicing as it is not blowing cool air but it is not a big deal because the host provides other options for air cooling.

Love the spaciousness of the place and the various amenities available, they got everything you might need in a home away from home. WiFi was super good. The beds were big and comfy.

Everything perfect

Very quiet and within a 5 minute walk to yummy Chinese shop on Sandrigham road and St Luke's Westfeild.Fully eqipt homely apartment with fabulous showers in all three rooms and an extra bonus toilet on second floor.

No outside furniture The garage is very tight to park. Need more soft seating only has sofa room for 3 but sleeps 6.

The lack of A/C in the bedrooms.

It was tidy, clean and well equipped. Each room had ensuite bathroom which is very comfortable for a family . Good option for a family needs to spend a night or two in Auckland

We’ll set up and good location - good space for everyone - comfy beds and great that each had a bathroom

This clean accommodation met all of our needs - enough space for everyone, enough bathrooms (which is important with teenagers), and centrally located. A supermarket was nearby and a great choice of restaurants which were in walking distance. Some of our group went to an event at Eden Park and were able to walk there and back without any hassle. Our stay in Auckland was easy - thank you.

Great property, very homely and had everything we needed as a family of 5 with 3 teenage children. Plenty of room to spread out, beds were comfortable. A very well equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom per bedroom and was great. All bedrooms had a heater and the washer and dryer came in handy.
