住客評語如何運作
每則住客評分會介在 1－10 分之間。我們將收到的所有住客評分相加，然後將總分除以收到的評分數量，計算出您看到的整體評分。我們採用加權計算的評分系統，意味著越新的評語將對整體住客評分計算有越大的影響。此外，住客也可以在其他重要項目給予「分項分數」，例如：地理位置、清潔度、員工、舒適度、設施、性價比與免費 WiFi。請注意，住客會分別送出項目評分和整體分數，因此兩者之間沒有直接關係。
若您曾入住在本平台上預訂的住宿，或曾抵達該住宿但未實際入住，都可為住宿留下評語。若要修改您已發送的評語，請聯繫我們的客服團隊。
我們有真人與自動化的系統來專門偵測是否有假評語在本平台發送。若發現該情況便會刪除評語，若有需要，也會針對該負責的人採取行動。
若有任何人發現可疑之處，也可隨時回報給我們的客服團隊，以讓我們的造假查核小組可以進行調查。
理想上，不論是正評或負評，我們會刊登所有收到的評語。但我們將不會刊登包含或涉及以下內容之評語：

住宿方可以選擇回覆評語。
若同時有多則評語時，最新的評語會顯示在最上方，同時還會取決於其他一些因素（評語所用的語言，該評語是僅評分還是含有評論等）。若有需要，您可以將評語排序和／或篩選（按年份、評語分數等）。
我們有時也會顯示來自其他知名旅遊網站的外部評語分數。當有此情況時，我們會有清楚說明。

Just the main TV didnt actually turn on and the beds were just a little bit hard.
A beautiful home in a very good location, close to the city. Spacious home with plenty of room for everyone. Warm house with very good showers, bathrooms and kitchen. Very good price for the location and size of the home.

The street the property is on is off a very busy main road and it did take sometime to enter and exit the street not all the time during peak traffic hours which I guess is typical for Auckland suburbs All the beds are low to the ground and I had to check if the mattresses were made of cement cause they were extra extra extra firm Finally the garage and automatic gate opener remote were flat did message the host about it and was told to leave the remotes in the lockbox and they would come by to have the batteries replaced but this did not happen during our 3 day stay
The location was close to where we need to be and wasn’t to far from a local shop

Major dislike: all the beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable & the couches were low so not useable for some of people in our group. Small dislikes: we couldn't find any glasses to use and while the house was very clean all the kitchen cupboards and drawers smelt musty. There was tea provided but no coffee.
the location was great and the size of the house met our needs as a group.

The house hadn’t been cleaned properly. Finger prints on all glass an mirrors. Hair in the bath an showers. Stove top had grease all over it. Couldn’t get the wifi to connect to the tv. And gate to the property only worked when it wanted too. Though I would stay again as hoping it was a mistake on the cleaning side of things. Like I said absolutely gorgeous home!
Absolutely gorgeous home. In a great location. Will book again. The photos probably need an update though.

It is not clean at all, the pillow is dirty and there is rubbish underneath the television. and also the host reply is a little bit slow.
It is big enough and looks comfortable. It have garage as welll. The host is nice too. Recommended if there is more than 5 people and you got your own car.
