Could have done with more laundry and dishwasher powder and tea bags as we stayed three nights. The viaduct is noisy at night but that is the price for being close to it all. It didn’t bother us too much. Parking was additional and expensive but necessary for us

Location was great, right on the viaduct. Some nice Blingy touches in decor which gave it a special feel.

Would of appreciated some more towels. There were only two. Also possibly a heater... air con system a bit slow and archaic and when you coming in late and soaking wet some instant heat would be much apprecisted.

Low quality toilet paper. Only two towels were provided for two people staying for two nights so i had to take time to wash and dry them after a busy day out shopping eating and venturing the city. Access to parking was frustrating but got sorted in the end.

Great location right in the middle of so many eateries. The area is very lively. Everything including woolworths and sky city were all in walking distance. The views are beautiful from the apartment. The apartment is beautifully decorated and setup. Spacious and clean. Comfortable furniture.

Only one small dishwash sachet for 4 night stay - one of the few plates we had did not fit in the dishwasher. The oven was dirty so we didn't use it. The shower did not have anywhere to put the soap/ shampoo except on the floor, which was hard for husband who is over 70 and has limited movement. The soap provided was again one small tube of shower gel.

The apartment is above the restaurants and bars in the Viaduct. It did happen to be noisy at night up until til about 11pm during the week which surprised us. The location is the best.

The property was perfect, beautifully decorated and amazing furniture.

Only comment would be the towels were pretty small and we had three nights with no room service so would be good to have a bigger towel or two each otherwise great place

Property was in a great location, obviously very noisy at night however we came prepared with ear plugs It was lovely to sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by

The fact I never found this room earlier! The washing machine and drier didn’t seem to turn on, I’m not sure if it was a “me” issue or the machine 😅 I would have washed our linen if i figured out how to turn it on x

The quality of the room was exactly as I expected and then some! The views, the location, the fast communication. It was honestly one of the best stays I’ve had in the viaduct, I’d love to book here every time I’m in Auckland, I have already recommended booking with booking.com/stay and especially booking this room xx

Just the kitchen is hard to get into for a wheelchair. Otherwise it would’ve been perfect.

There was no breakfast? But overall it was a nice stay, I’m sure I’ll be back in the future. I like how it was local and close and the views were stunning. I stayed an extra night so I really enjoyed it.

During the weekend there is noise from bars and clubs at the bottom i recommend having ear buds as it didn’t bother me I didn’t mind the noise.

Amazing communication, this apartment has everything provided feels like your own apartment. Would highly recommend I have booked here twice and never a disappointment.

There were a few dirty dishes in the cabinets.

Location in Viaduct Harbour was fantastic. View was gorgeous. Overall, a very comfortable and spacious one-bedroom property. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning with coffee and in the evening with wine. There is so much going on and it makes for great people watching!

The great location was both a good and a disadvantage. A lot of noise from a close by pub, disturbed our sleep.

There was nothing I didn't like .. But one thing that may put people off is that you are very central so people can see in the apartment especially at night if the curtains are open.. So if you are wanting privacy and a view at night (which is beautiful) this may be a problem.... But this didn't concern us...

Very central.... Although we were right on Viaduct and there was alot happening after dark the apartment was surprisingly quiet... Would definitely book again

The noise from the local venues nearby are quite loud on Friday-Saturday night but we were already aware of that so it didn't bother us too much but could be something that catches anyone that is unaware.

Great Property in a good location, close to everything we needed easy walking distance for food, shopping and anything else you might need. Comfy bed and nicely decorated apartment made for a very enjoyable trip.
