Nothing really. If I was going to ask for something to improve our stay it would have been a full length mirror somewhere.

A little longer check-in instructions but the owner has showed us everything.

I liked quite a nice self check-in. It was a bit longer document, but everything was nicely described. Also the rooms were really nice and in some accommodation was also a washing machine and the shared space on both floors was really nice.

TV should have instructions as was hard to navigate and slow

Property was well set out and had all the amenities you would request, especially being close to the airport

Staff had great communication and support before even arriving. The Perfect location, beautiful cosy and clean property. My whanau of 4 enjoyed our stay, look forward to more future bookings.

No real negatives. The on-line pre-check-in app was a bit clunky. Location was a little out of the way but still close enough to airport.

Modern accommodation, very clean, well equipped, comfortable beds. Imran was very helpful. Quiet street. Good value. Nice communal facilities. Would definitely recommend for overnight stay.

Other guests leaving their food and dishes covering the sink all night. The house was extremely hot when we checked in with no ventilation (other than the ventilation units which were circulating hot air). The streets were very narrow to drive through and find parking.

The beds were very comfortable and the house itself is beautiful and well-equipped.

Was not aware it was a house!! Or that other people would be in the house too. Not clean, our room looked unvacuumed! shower sealing/bottom of shower door could so with a clean. PARKING was a little bit of a pain!

Somewhere to stay during our long trip, nice house! Key locks for our safety I assume. Check in was easy enough as we arrived late. Ensuite made it more comfortable to not bump into anyone else.

The only thing we didn't like is at night in the main bedroom it is bright from the street lights. But we're used to living at the back house off the street so our rooms are dark. It wasn't a major at all cause everything else was great.

It was a different type of accommodation to what me and the family were used too. You go meet at a check in place and then you get given direction to your townhouse. It was a good experience, we quite enjoyed it as we had a house to ourselves. It was clean, it was tidy, it had everything you needed for a couple of night stay. Flatbush seemed a fair way out to travel when driving to the place but the more you drove around going A to B it was actually reasonably central to everything to a point. We'd definitely stay there again, especially for the price for a family of 5

Fantastic beautifully presented facilities. We had the quadruple room and it was perfect for our family. Room was clean and tidy and well equipped. Communications for check in was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back.

High density suburb with narrow streets and limited parking available. Hearing the gas water heater going when water is in use as it is placed outside bedroom wall. No jug in the unit had to use the guest kitchen jug.

Easy check-in, cozy, comfortable, and cheap for an overnight stay for 3 guests. Quiet suburb.

The heat transfer system made it too hot to sleep and the walls were very thin. Could hear neighbours clearly. With Upstairs room should be advised asap as some with disabilities may not be able to go up then and would need an elevator.

Its location , clean and tidy and different to normal motels and hotels.

It was clean, tidy, comfortable stay at flat bush holiday accomodation. The beds were soft, rooms were spacious and the wardrobes had plenty of storage.

What an awsome place tl stay at. So much better than staying at a motel and so much less. Facilities were clean and so much room. Family loved the stay and would love to stay there again if we return.

Couch by heatpump side not comfortable for backs and driving all day, maybe put the couch under the TV by the heater more comfortable. Little small but doable for family of 5. Little confusing the self check in process but I rung the property manager and he was very helpful. Had to email for $50 cash back that they take to make sure card is not stolen or lost??
