Nothing to add. It was good value for money and fit for purpose. Especially as I was hosting a friend from out of Auckland so enjoyed the 50 meter walks to the various restaurants, bars and live music. The view was great

little hiccup with the system not providing key code once I made it to the room door, however I called through and they helped assisted immediately providing me with the code whilst on the phone. Other than that little mishap, it was great.

Check in cumbersome. Keys needed to be collected offsite, in an unmanned hallway. Parking at the pickup location was difficult and the location tricky to find, The apartment is tired and needs renovation.

Loved the location, and the spaciousness of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable.

The second bathroom, the bathroom would leak when showing onto the bathroom floor. And the drain under the sink in the same bathroom leaked. The couches were not that comfortable to sit on as it felt like a spring had popped out of the brown leather couch.

Second shower has a gap in the door which results in water all over the floor. Despite staying for nine days, only given one trash bag and would've had to pay for more. We just bought our own. Same with toilet paper.

One night was very loud music / club until near 2am but to be somewhat expected with the location.

Second bedroom was too small with no space for the second couple’s luggage and clothing. Bathroom and kitchen amenities were minimal. No coffee pot, napkins, paper towels, salt and pepper, Kleenex, etc. Soaps and hair products are only enough for one night.

The fabulous location with super views and close proximity to restaurants,bars, shopping and seaport. Master bedroom and bath was great. Kitchen, dining and living area were very accommodating.

The key pick.up location was unclear and how to go about it. We had to end up calling a number to get someone to assist us. Most frustrating after a long drive.

Location was perfect. Open, clean, had everything we needed.

Pretty pricey. Parking is expensive. The amount of rules were overwhelming I was a bit scared to do much because one wrong move could cost me $100+

Love the view. Beds were SUPPPEERRR comfy!! Very clean. Overall it was a reallly good place to stay

The noise! Front door stiff hard to open ! It is right next to Ray White NOT up a little….. lol we had other people staying g there the same night looking for 99.. we knew of course it was close by BUT walked past it.

Nothing special, just the balance between price and equipment... the check-in process is not at the level we could wait for such an accommodation

The noise from the viaduct was crazy as it was the Christmas Party season. Not the properties fault but I would recommend some heavier drapes to try and reduce the noise.

Amazing views over the viaduct. Everything is at your doorstep, restaurants, cafes and even a convenience store downstairs. Beds were very comfortable.

Not a negative just a suggestion - it would have been helpful to have some dish liquid detergent and possibly spray n wipe to wipe down any areas used in kitchen and dining and hand wash couple glasses or cup although we did use the dishwasher for this. Perhaps two hand soaps in en-suite as has double vanity and maybe 2 bath towels per person staying (only 1 each for a 2 night stay) - we did use washing machine and dryer to have fresh towels for next day (that was helpful)

It was very loud at night on the weekend. I missed an email communication while traveling and it took some time to get the information about how to access the keys for the room. But the people were helpful and eventually figured it out.

Set up meet and greet then told won’t happen. Key tag didn’t work for car park .

The view. Comfortable, Clean, spacious. Location was amazing. Close to fantastic restaurants, the maritime museum. Close to buses and train station.

There was no dial on the iron in the apartment; kitchen should have had paper kitchen roll. More towels should have been available Parking was expensive

Bed was mobile on the wooden floor had to wedge suitcase to stop bed moving in both rooms. Only other thing was at 4am noise from bars below throwing out the trash lots of bottles . But did not bother us too much. Still nice place to stay just needs stabilisers on bed.

Lovely place beautiful reviews and accommodation was excellent bed was very comfortable. Decor was very modern and clean. Tumble dryer and washing machine greats extras. Views amazing. Lovely place to stay.
