I agree with another review - "Once you book you get about a dozen emails then before check-in you have to fill out a 10 minute questionnaire asking for lots of info and send ID’s for all adults staying which is painful." Trying to find the parking garage was difficult. The building was dated but the apartment was clean enough. Only soap in the bathroom is supplied, bring your own body wash and shampoo. When we checked out we needed to move the car from the garage (with the access cards) and then return the cards to the apartment.

Good location, walking distance to main attractions and public transport. Having a car park was handy.

The final deposit was debited twice Hard to find the key options as 2 doors and was confused Hard to find the parking building. Wish they said leave the building turn right and go up the next alley way to your right. Who cares it is 1 way and we are going the wrong way. No one is in the alley way.

Wort nightmare, we were 4 of us and we got one key card which had all plastic tape attached to it, how can we use one key card if we all are going out and need to access the place when one is home early. We did not use any cooking or dishwashing from the time we stepped in the Dishwasher was making noise, we tried to put it off but it was out of the question nothing could put the dishwasher off, the sound is going on for all the 3 days we stayed day and night, I will never recommend this place to anyone. It was very dissapointing with sleepless night, no one seems to attend to any of your complaints..

One of the beds had bedbugs and our friends got bitten everywhere on their backs and arms, it's absolutely unacceptable, we are very shocked to have experienced this after paying a reasonable price for our stay.

Loved the view, based on the photos we did not expect a skytower view and it was a great suprise to see it from our bedrooms. The kitchen also had everything we needed. Overall cozy apartment.

Location in CBD South east aspect - so cool in summer (There is no air con in the apartment)

Very disappointed in the unit, very old, and very tired and very sparsely furnished including crockery, glasses and cutlery. The furniture was stained, rickety and generally uncomfortable. The TVs are old, and un able to stream any platforms. Heaps of wires and cords in the living room, a real tripping hazard The owner messaged us, we complained and did receive more cutlery and glasses. Nothing else was offered.

Poor maintenance of the property, cleaning is not up to the standard! Smelly bathroom and dirty bathtub. Curtains, sofas, carpets were all stained and does not justify the property’s photos on the Booking.com! This place would have been a great place if it’s up to the right standard.

I had to wait an hour and a half to collect my keys. The shower leaked, there was very little heating, the bedding was poor, the windows were filthy. The apartment stink of onions. It was absolutely terrible.
