We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

FranceCollecting the keys was difficult for my partner as he arrived first but the instructions were sent to me while I was still on the plane. After that, everything was perfect.
Central location, nice and comfortable place with terrasse well-furnished with all appliances, ease of communication with the staff during the stay.

ChileWhat can I say about this accommodation? It was a terrible experience, even before I actually stayed there. If you are considering booking this place, you should know that, besides paying in advance, they will constantly send you messages and pressure you to fill out an external form (outside of Booking.com) where they ask you to submit your credit card details. They tell you that if you do not complete this external form, they will not provide you with access to the property. Also, if you notice, the address that appears on Booking.com is only a general address — it is not the exact location. Since it is a self-check-in property, they will only send you the check-in instructions if you complete their external form with your personal information and credit card details. They pressure you repeatedly to do this. Beyond this unacceptable behavior (considering that they already require prepayment), the problems continued after arrival. When I arrived, the toilet was clogged, and it took them over 24 hours to fix it. The smell was disgusting. The apartment was also not perfectly clean upon arrival. On the first day, there was no hot water, and I had to take a cold shower. I reported the issue and asked them to fix it, but no one came. The next day, again, there was no hot water and I had to take another cold shower. Two days in a row with cold showers, a clogged toilet, and poor communication and resolution from the hosts. Please do not make the same mistake I did by booking this place quickly in Auckland — it has been a complete headache.

ThailandI just hated that they did inform about how the key had to be collected somewhere else. I spent more than an hour to get the key, talk to the team and get into the room. The room is pretty small and was not well cleaned. The hosting team was not ver accomodating. They expected us to manage everything ourselves.
The localtion is covenient. It is situated in the middle of the city.
