It could really do with a good spring clean. The outside was really no better, Ceilings badly fly spotted, spiders webs in every corner around kitchen area. Master bedroom has hole in gib where the door stop has been removed, and the door knob has punched through.

Location was good and suited a group of guys. Showers were good too.

Our only challenge was the bed setup, as all rooms had double beds, which made it a bit tricky for the younger kids—some more flexible sleeping options would be great, but we made it work! 😊

We rented this house for a family celebration and it was the perfect choice—spacious, comfortable, and ideally located. The free WiFi was a bonus, and we especially loved the stunning views over the Waitākere Ranges. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway or family gathering.

1. kitchen wear - out dated 2. Need an air fryer in the kitchen 3. The garage was not clean - too much junk 4. Need more hangers in all rooms and bathrooms 5. Towels need to be replaced 6. Linen needs to be replaced 7. Need more mirrors in each bedroom. There was only one full-length mirror for everyone to share. 8. Need Clothes dryer . It was raining whole week and was unable to dry the clothes. 9. All Bathrooms and toilets were all downstairs. *There was no toilet upstairs. NOTE ! While heavy rain for more than a week, one of the bedroom next to the main bathroom downstairs , we notice WATER leaking from down light . We sent the photos to the owner via message , letting the owner know about it. * one of our family members was using this bedroom has to go and get another accommodation * we should be compensated.

The lockbox code provided was wrong and this delayed us and meant we were late to our practise session. As it took multiple attempts to try the lockbox and two phone calls to contact someone to assist.

Great space for our needs of two teachers and four tamariki.

The property was advertised as a 5 bdrm with 3 bthrms. This was not true. There were 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet. The 5th bed was in the original lounge area with no wardrobe or bathroom on that level.

There were marks on the walls and dents. The ceiling in the main bathroom was filled with dead bugs so not sure if the facilities were cleaned properly before change over of guest. Lawn mower guy had turned up which would have been ok had we had known he would be coming and he parked in the driveway blocking both sides leaving no room for anybody else to park or get into the driveway. One of the plastic cups broken (has a crack on the bottom) Both outside bins were filled to the brim leaving no space for our trash. Empty wine bottles left in the garage.

Very spacious, outside patio was a treat. Like the three toilet rooms, very handy. Appreciate being able to park in the garage.

A few small issues with power points/appliances not working. Gas cooktop with only 1 functional burner.

Cobwebs, very dusty, not clean, thin towels, heaters that didn’t work. No top sheet on beds. Thin duvets. In bad need of refurbishment

Had to call 4 times to get the code for the lockbox. They were informed of our arrival time and had a contact phone number. We should have been rung or texted the code

My sister inlaw and neice woke up covered In ants in the bedroom and they were all over the walls we did take photos and the all-round cleaning of the house wasn't done very well with ubereats orders left on fridge rubbish in cupboards and draws. Also No knifes were provided which made eating at home hard with kids eg toast needed a knife for breakfast. mold over every window and door. The outside area was unsafe for kids to play as the decking isn't complete and side fence not attached. Otherwise the house was warm and in a good quiet location.

Some of the beds had a squeek but they were comfy, kitchen dining lounge had good flow, could talk to the group no matter where you sat, plenty of parking for 4 cars, lovely views, easy travelling to shops, mall, cafes

The neighborhood was great and the view serene. The home itself is practical and easy to keep clean and tidy. It was just right for our large family (3 adults and 6 children). Thank you to the hosts for providing the necessities for an excellent stay.

Not the cleanest of places. Unfortunately there was no hot water but the owners came around and fixed it. Rubbish and cleaning clothes left inside when we arrived. No catches on one of the bedroom windows

Not clean, moldy and smelt bad. Also freezing cold. Very expensive for the condition of house unfortunately. Wouldn’t stay here again
