Beautiful, spacious and comfortable property. Easy check in and out and Jay was very helpful and quick to communicate. Wanaka is such a lovely place; wish we could have stayed longer.

Friendly and informative owners, very spacious guesthouse with modern interior. Clean and had all the necessary facilities. It is tucked away from the town centre (a bit too long for walking distance) but can either be a good thing if looking for a quieter area.

Since they had non-heated tiled bathroom floors, they were quite cold in the morning.

Jay was super helpful, the unit was tidy, beautifully appointed and the bed was luxurious and comfortable.

The property owner had very good communication, the check in was easy. The property was very spacious, location was close to town, very clean and it was really good to have the drying cupboard!!

If we were staying longer, than some extra drawers or clothing storage would have been useful.

Minaret Lodge is a stunningly located suite just outside the centre of Wanaka, ideally positioned for easy access to the lake, town and mountains. The property - managed by Jay - is spotless, with all-you-could-need facilities for short or long stays in Wanaka.

Beautiful view. Very cosy place and short drive to the centre of Wanaka. Lovely walks alongside the lake very close by. We had a great start and would highly recommend it.

It was a lovely little spot. Perfect size for my partner and I and it had a great view.

Close to town, very well resourced - we loved the warming pads in the bed for those cold nights!

It was a little difficult without a sink in the kitchenette but was doable with the dishwasher.

Great location - close to Wanaka tree and Roy's Peak. The facility was beautiful and luxurious, and plus, you can stargaze at night.

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip, and it was truly one of the highlights! Jay and Nikki’s guesthouse is cozy, peaceful, and full of personal touches that made us feel right at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up — much better than any hotel we’ve stayed in! Communication was smooth and warm from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy Wanaka. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and heartfelt stay. We hope to return someday!

Very luxurious finishes - the beautiful sheets and pillows. We loved having the bikes to ride around on and explore the area. Everything was provided for a very pleasant stay .

Loved this place, great location, beautiful views and so comfortable. Lovely decorated and everything we needed for our overnight stay. Great communication, even a heads up to check in early if we wanted to. Lots to see and do in Wanaka. Great base for sightseeing!

Jay was very friendly. We had a problem with louvers that we mistakenly pulled off track and he was very patient and helpful. The bed was great. The cottage is spacious, light, very clean and vert comfortable. All good!!!

Amazing large guesthouse, clean and comfortable with views on the mountains. Quiet location but short 5 min drive to centre. Very helpful hosts. Bikes were available as well as the use of the gym and pool but unfortunately we didn't have a chance to use it as there was so much to do in Wanaka for 2 days.
