The pillow covers smell old people, not wash maybe. The noisy Indian people that are staying. Sharing the bathroom/toilet... we didn't realise that it's not an ensuite bathroom.

A nice place to stay! The property features a spacious kitchen and a lovely conservatory perfect for socialising with friends. Three large bathrooms. The location is excellent, conveniently close to the airport and on a direct airport bus route, with just a few minutes' walk to the bus stop. It's also within easy walking distance to a dairy for any essentials. The on-site host was friendly and accommodating.

Communication with owner was a bit slow, as she was not around in evening and morning, and I wanted to leave early but didn't know how to pay for the accommodation. Reply came quite late. Room neighbour were noisy, very thin walls.

I can't really think of anything I disliked!

The rooms were well kept and really well decorated! The staff were nice and explained everything perfectly, and watching a movie on the TV was very relaxing! I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Auckland.

Although there were many signs advising quiet 10pm til 8am, there was a lot of noise around 11-12 was not helpful when l had to be up at 6am for an early flight. Some milk in the fridge for the tea would have been good.

The location near the airport for an early flight was great.

The adjoining room guests were very loud and noisy. Walls were thin and you could hear them talking, laughing and making food at midnight. We kept to the rules and kept our noise to the minimum.

It is a shared house so there was kitchen noise early in the morning but we expected that.

This was a fairly easy walk to the train station which was important to us. Nice big rooms and beautiful bathrooms.

The room was a bit small for 4 people but there was a nice share space (dining room and a kitchen).

It is a perfect place when you are coming to Auckland by plane (close to the airport). The staff was kind even when we came late. The guy recommended us an Uber Eats (nice fries and pizza) The bathroom was super comfortable and equipped- there were two big bottles of shampoo, shower gel and also hair dryer.

When others 'stomped' around like herd of elephants - some people just are not aware of how heavy-footed they are, but this is to be expected given the amount of travelers that came through the mini-homestay while we were there

The maintenance of all common areas; kitchen/bathroom were exceptional. Very satisfying to see the hygiene standards were excellent! Although a bit of a mix up with the room booking for first night, we felt secure with the extra security of having cameras in all main common areas - were able to leave room doors open when popping out for a few minutes. Felt safe
