There was nothing we didn’t like.

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Loved having laundry facility with washing powder and was very convenient that there were soap/shower wash/condiments/tea and coffee and lots of appliances and cooking items. Our family of 5 loved our stay and will highly recommend and definitely stay again if we are ever back in Auckland.

Advertised available off street parking, but not enough parking spaces for the number of apartments.

Traffic at night was more noisy than expected. Was great to have a washing machine - a drier in the apartment might have been helpful

Nothing really. Just to note that entrance down narrow right of way. Tricky reversing out. Be careful not to knock over little wall of neighbours property when backing out.

We loved our stay and would stay again. Good sized apartment, well equiped kitchen, with comfy beds, good shower and wifi. Perfect for our family of 4 for a short trip to Auckland. Close to takeaways, eateries, motorway and Albany Mall. Nice and quiet at night

The TV in the living area wasn’t on a wall where you sit comfortable and watch after kids gone to bed. You could only watch from the breakfast table and the Netflix was only in the bedroom

There were ants floating around. It's not the owners fault, just a note to make sure you keep no food scrapes around or anything. The owner had supplied ant spray, so it was easy to control

No parking and street party so lots of cars parked in the street. Driveway could be marked a little better which would have allowed for parking

We thought a bigger couch would have been handy, but there is a full sized fridge in the area so that would be hard to provide. We much prefered the big fridge to a bigger couch with the amount of food our three kids eat! The dining area has a bench seat so that was fine. Towels and hand towels were provided but no face cloths.

Awesome place to stay with three children, as we always struggle to find somewhere with enough beds. Very friendly host. When we saw him he asked if everything was okay and said let him know if we needed anything. Great facilities, especially the kitchen where it had a dishwasher, stovetop, microwave and mini oven which was great for us to cook meals. Comfortable bedrooms, one with a fold out bed and the dining area was great too. The unit was warm and dry. Great bathroom. Great location, handy to Auckland and very close to the Westfield mall.

We could hear an unwell person very clearly through the walls and we were asked to clean and tidy before we left but there were no cloths supplied. No dishcloths and we had to ask for teatowels.

It was close to where we needed to be. Reasonably quiet from road noise. Neat and tidy.

Beds were rock hard. A mattress topper would help. We used spare bed covers and they helped. Parking was poor. Info stated plenty of road parking inaccurate. We got blocked in which is a worry when reason staying was elderly and sick family. Road noise a nuisance.

Overall, the property is satisfactory, but the soundproofing could be improved. We can hear a child crying from the attached property next door, and there was noise from a party down the road (though this was beyond the owner's control). Additionally, the property tends to get warm without air conditioning, and one of the fans was not working correctly.

The location is convenient for shore stays, with a shopping mall just a short drive away.

On the second night the noise from the roadworks nearby fat times exceeded 80 decibels, as a result only got to sleep when the noise abated at around 4.00 am.
