The trains were aweful, only stopped between midnight and 5am, so we were always very tired. There was no salt, one spare rubbish bag, sounds simple but it's the little things that matter. No toliet paper apart from half a roll in each toliet but found 3 in a roll holder in the corner of the bathroom.

We loved the close proximity to Spark arena and many great restaurants. 15 minute walk to cbd, woollies supermarket

Really well equipped kitchen, appreciated the teas, coffee pods, milk and great pots n pans and utensils. Hot tub was lovely too. Very comfortable beds with good linen. Place was very clean.

Not really a 'didn't like', but might be relevant to know there are 2 sets of stairs between ground and the upstairs bedrooms. If someone has a mobility issue that could be tricky - but there is a bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor so could reduce to only using one lot of stairs by using that.

The location was great, right by The Strand, and easy to get to. We got a taxi into the Wynyard Quarter and it was just a few dollars. Much better than driving and parking in central Auckland at night. The apartment was easy to get into and loved the delayed auto lock for safety. Apartment felt relaxed, lots of provisions and bathrooms were nice and clean. The decks were great and the greenery disguised to a large extent that you are in the city. The trains are the only giveaway. Loved the organic tea selection and coffee machine looked great, although didn't have a chance to use it. A decent amount of milk in the fridge - thank you, almost always have to run out and get more at other places but didn't have to. Michelle was excellent with communication, sending out plenty of relevant information and responded immediately when I rang with a query on arrival.

The railway tracks were a tad loud at night but apart from that, nothing negative to note!

Great location as it was walking distance to cafes and the supermarket. The facilities and property were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The heaters worked great for a chilly winter stay. Our hosts were also super flexible with our checkout time also which was such a massive help on the day!

Just be aware that you are right next to the train.

Clean, comfy, well set up with everything you would need. Great to have internal parking. The host has thought of everything and has out lots of effort into making sure you have a great stay. Excellent comms. The spa is lovely.

The beds were on the firmest side, not a huge issue. Downstairs bathroom was a bit cramped.

Good size for the four of us, the spa was lovely and the location was very good.

Great place to stay with plenty of room for a group. Walking distance to Spark Arena. Lovely house with everything you need. Even an expresso machine to have your morning caffeine hit.

Fantastic location. Rooms are well set up and like the generous space inside the property. Owners are fantastic to deal with and went out of their way to accomodate a late flight and having somewhere to store our luggage.

Super comfy beds and bed linen, perfect location 7 minutes' walk from Spark Arena. The spa was a lovely bonus. Everything was as described - we knew we'd be right by the train line, but the trains didn't bother us at all as they don't run overnight, and the apartment is well soundproofed when the windows are closed.

Absolutely nothing they can change, but didn't notice it was by the train station til we got there. Fine at night cause they finish at like 9 or 10 but during the day quite loud. Also couldn't get the sonos to work but probably user error

Great location to Spark arena, home within 10 mins after a concert. Spa was amazing. Hosts were responsive and nice to deal with. Felt they were great communicators. Had everything we needed for our stay. 100% will stay here again!

The garage was a little small but thankfully we had a small car. Don’t think it would have fit our truck/ute.

Everything was clean and tidy. Had everything you needed. The beds were super comfy! The spa is an added bonus. It’s super close to Spark Arena and also Queen street and some delicious food shops. Countdown isn’t far and there’s a gas station near. Amazing location!

This accommodation is as described, comfortable, clean and very close to Spark Arena. Hosts were exceptional with their communication and willingness to accommodate our request for early arrival. The location was perfect for attending Spark Arena. Apart from early morning train noise we couldn't fault the place. Spa pool a bonus 😀
