Kitchenette had no cooking pans !! The view was average as we went for the harbour view well we saw some of it.

The parking situation was not mentioned upon booking, but luckily the man at reception was VERY helpful and even checked us in a little after check in time closed. The car park is a little far.

Friday night was fine with the loud music,easy listening but Saturday night music had a lot of bass and then people shouting in the street below till about 4am. Even on the 12th floor was still quite noisey.

Fantastic location, lovely staff, easy check in, lovely room. Loved the wee balcony. Apart from noise on Saturday night as per below we would still stay again.

Reception was very welcoming and helpful. On leaving again, reception were very helpful, friendly and courteous.

The bathroom needs upgrading; other rooms were fine. Very noisy at night with street activities going on e.g. screaming, shouting, cars etc - Rooms need something to mask the noise, e.g double glazing windows?

Rangehood not working. Stale smell in the apartment which was pronounced at the end of each work day.

Location was perfect. Space had all that I needed. Bed was comfortable. Some construction and street noise however expected that so had headphones on standby.

We had booked a few rooms for a group of us, 2 of the 3 rooms were very good, the third room smelled strongly of bleach (if I had realised how strong the bleach smell was I would have had my friend stay in my room.... it was really bad). I told the staff as we were leaving and got shrugged off, no apology, and felt like he did not care, he wasn't rude but some sort of acknowledgment or follow-up would have been good.

Great location, our third time staying here. Clean, good views.

Recently have stayed at another Quest property and same thing. Furniture, mainly the couch, was disgustingly stained. All seats were uncomfortable. Our bookings said we would have water views. I had a view of a buildings wall and other buildings.

Spacious enough room. Good kitchen setup. Co.fy bed, like that the TV swivelled. Staff were helpful.

Quest on Queen is located right in the center of CBD and close to the water. This was our third stay at Quest on Queen and it did not disappoint. We found the room to be comfortable and the location is perfect for getting around the city.

The washing machine and drier was not working which was one of the main drawcards for me in choosing to stay at the Quest. I had a great experience with one of the staff on the first day regarding this, however the second day, when checking on, the receptionist insisted that the washing machine/drier was not broken (although it was) it just was unable to work!

Great location and value for money. Lots of space in the apartment style rooms.

TV didn't work, and shower gel was empty on arrival. A lot of noise from Queen Street, workers with drills out at 3am!
