Great location and views, harbor bridge and harbor at night was great, close to all amenities and food. I choose it over others as it had a good size desk.

Two things with this apartment. Firstly to get the key you have to go to a separate location. Not far but we arrived in the pouring rain and then had to find it. The key collection should have been explain as we would never have booked. Secondly the parking garage is on the floor below and every time a car left it would make a loud noise and make the apartment shake. The earliest was at 05.30 and some through the night

Only disappointing feature was that the fridge needs replacing as it's broken away from the door and makes it difficult to open. It's also time for a new mattress protector. The apartment with the large balcony was lovely and clean with a fantastic view. We had a very comfortable stay. We will come back.

Ideally located. Well appointed. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower. Ample kitchen complete with French press and a capsule coffee maker (some capsules provided). Absolutely beautiful views from balcony. 200 yards from ferries, sailboats and cruising ships. Great restaurants nearby. On same pier as Hilton.

Picking up keys from a different location then having to find where you are actually staying is not so good. Can't a key box be installed at the actual property?

The location was terrific, and the unit was very comfortable and well set up.

It's not a major issue, but it should have been noted when doing the booking (through booking.com) that a security deposit would be taken (not held) from the property management company , before they accepted the booking. Transparency is always a great thing!

Views and the area were perfectly situated, The apartment was clean and neat with good decor. Great value as well. The shower has great water pressure, and it was nice to have an outdoor seating area.

Doesn't include a parking spot but there is paid parking right outside - have to make sure to extend the parking time in the morning before the wardens do their rounds. Have to collect key & swipe from a reception a short drive away.

The view is the best thing of course! Great location. Clean and spacious. Second time in this apartment and the furniture has improved from the current photos - couches are comfy plus more seating & bar leaner on the balcony.

The only thing might be our apartment did not have a bath tub.

Perfect location, close to fabulous restaurants and bars, but not directly above them which could potentially be noisy. Even in the off season we enjoyed the outside balcony with its comfortable furnishings watching the boats go by. The kitchen had everything we needed. The key pick up was no problem at all and all instructions were easy to follow. Every time I reached out to staff, they were very quick to respond.

The property needs a lot of repairs. The host was so disorganised, the check-in was a nightmare.

Not clean. Urine and hair found on 2 bathroom walls where towels hang. Reported and cleaned but very unpleasant to see. Also reported broken coffee maker and chain door lock. Not addressed.

Had to pick up keys from another location which led to more complications with directions and logistics and a higher taxi bill to get there. There was a $350 advance bond requirement that was not signalled in the advert on Booking.com (and held onto for 10 days which is totally inexcusable). The property management staff were rude and inflexible, the instructions for the property were so loaded with conditions and consequences that the experience of staying there was ultimately unpleasant overall - I would definitely not stay here again. Booking.com should explicitly call out when the property is being managed by a property management company and should definitely signal when unreasonable advance bonds are a requirement of the stay - I am now considering whether or not I will ever use Booking.com again based on this bad experience.
