The checkin is a little clunky as you have to collect the keys from another building about a block away

These issues were minor and didn’t detract much from the stay.. but they are good to know in advance if you are planning to stay here. 1.The Quay west property is obviously running down..nonetheless they trying hard to stay quality. 2. Though I don’t quibble about needing a deposit for this type of property I didn’t like having to give my credit card details for a bond as this seems a crazy thing to do in the present era. Better to let us deposit via Osko or similar and have it returned the same way. 3. It was a bit clunky needing the key to get out and then having to drive round and go back up 18 floors to leave the key in the apartment again. Luckily there were two of us so my husband could wait in the car on the street.

The views were as wonderful as shown, the fit out generous..plenty of cooking ability and the most comfy bed!!! It was great having a safe parking space and the price was very reasonable for the type of stay it was. All the instructions worked well. Fabulous access to all the restaurants and walks along the harbour front!!

Spacious apartment within a hotel, underground parking included, apartment looked nice but getting slightly dated, walking distance to ferry terminal to Waiheke Island, pool and spa were nice

Quinovic, what a terrible host, i was very disappointed that Booking.com did not advise the 3rd party management details as they (Quinovic) are prats to deal with , their systems are so long winded and having to pay a large bond well before even arriving was concerning. Failure to do so or just not even seeing the email that requested the bond would have resulted in the booking being canceled and only upon arrival at their inconveniently off site located office to get the key, would you know the booking was forfeit. A Shite experience. Also its a 2 bedroom apartment advertised with parking, but actually it is only 1 x car park not building parking. We had 2 cars so had to find alternative parking elsewhere.

The unit was as advertised and the view and facilities where great . Beautiful decks on the north and west ends of the building provides options for shelter from prevailing winds.

The pool had no water in it - would have been great to have access to the pool

The handle for one of the shower heads was missing, so not handheld wand. The dishwasher had a strip of metal loose that could have cut someone.

Definitely to use a deep clean. Vents were packed with dust, balcony had cigarette butts in a corner. But it was still a very lovely stay and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Accommodations regarding bathrooms were great, with two exceptions; they need a shelf or caddy to be able to put the shampoo/conditioner in the shower somewhere to easily use and to add hooks or something to hang towels to dry.

Fantastic location and view. Clean and comfortable. Garage was easy to use. Modern layout, furnishings, and nice bathrooms.

No smart TV to hook up my Netflix and no towel hook in the 2nd bathroom.

We love the stunning view and the heated floor on the 1st bathroom. The utilities, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer were easy to manage. The bed were comfy too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & there was nothing that we didn't like about the apartment & location.

Great location in the centre of Auckland. Easy to walk to the main centre of the city & surrounds. Facilities were excellent. A well presented clean apartment with spacious bedrooms, living area & kitchen. Bathrooms were very good. Car park was easy to access.

Not enough rubbish bag provided, it is lack of hook and table space/rack space in the 2nd bathroom, no where to put stuff when using the bathroom
