You can NOT cook in the kitchen. Rooms with shower but not toilet. Rooms very dirty, floors, cabinets, corners, skirting boards, ceiling... Broken furniture. Toilets need a better scrub. No ventilation in the whole place. Sheets that do not fit. Blood on the mattres.

The good thing about the place is the location. Really close to Queen street. Cheap laundry.

Entry lock not that great, not attached firmly. Talking heard through walls. Strong headachey cleaning perfume. Separate shared toilet. There was rubbish in bags directly outside on the street. It looked like a dump.

The fact there was no window or TV.

A couple of my children and I were stranded and needed somewhere to sleep. I liked the fact it was a nice quite place and I loved how the rooms were dark.

The room had a shower but no toilet. Also no windows so it was really warm. No Air Conditioning and the fan creaked at ever second turn so night‘s sleep was not easy. Walls are thin and you could here the other guests moving. Outside door could not be locked. Fridge hasn’t been cleaned in ages.

Toilets were shared and dirty. There is no place to leave your luggage if you have a flight later than checkout. You can leave at the front of the shared house but there's no one there No plug near the bed

But beware, the room doesn't have windows and the walls are thin so whenever a neighbour goes to the toilet, it's like you're in there with them :") The hygiene in the room was not great. It needed a big big vacuum and the bathrooms could do with a daily clean. Also there is only one doona and no white sheet so I'm not sure if it has been washed in between guests...

It's a place to sleep! For this price you can't expect too much and the location is great and close to the centre.

The room and the kitchen were dirty, the room had a strong stale smell because it has no ventilation, at night a couple from another room was arguing, it was quite loud, then at 6:50 in the morning screams were heard again, it was very uncomfortable and they did not respect others.

We stayed for 2 nights .On 1st day , water was dripping from ceiling. Staff just put a bucket to collect the dripping water..and then fixed the issue next day

The mattress and pillows were hard, even though we did sleep; hard to please everyone 😊 The bathrooms were a bit unclean so I gave one sink a clean. Having a stove would give a different option for cooking, with some pots and pans too.

It was nice that there were only 4 bedrooms and our room was a good size. Having your own shower was great and a place to hang up clothing and a side cube and rubbish bin. Nice and warm in the room. Great location.

We were woken up at 7 a.m. by a lady (homeless I think) who was knoming on the door. When we went out, there were several individuals squatting in front of the door but it’s not the hotel’s fault.

Have a private shower directly in the room, the toilet was just the door in front, the hosts respond very quickly to messages and are very accommodating.
