Everything! When I walked into my room I felt I was walking into paradise. The breathtaking view that makes you want to stay the whole day in the house just contemplating all the nature’s spectacles. Beautiful sunrise, moonrise, all the ocean colors changing through the day, the birds singing… The bathroom is huge with an amazing hot shower and large bathtub. Also a huge closed to keep all your stuff organized. A room for queens and kings! Huge and comfortable bed, cozy bed linings.. just a short walk to the beach where you find nice paths to do some long walks by the beach at low tide and also discover some hiking that will take you to a summit with more amazing views. A place to reconnect with yourself. A true retreat! Hellen so nice and gently, ready to help you with whenever you need and also her husband and son really kind. The kitchen is very well equiped and organized, with everything you need if you wanna play a master chef. Felt so in love that I extended my stay and for sure it will a place to come back! Felt in Heaven!

Everything was perfect, the view was so nice, watching the sunrise every morning we were there. Andd Hellen she's amazing. I will book it again in the future.

I would say the only thing would be shared kitchen but that wasn't a biggy we just ate out or brought food to our room, only used kitchen when making a drink but host were so beautiful and made us feel comfy during our stay

The view was beautiful we loved waking up to the view of the sunrise and seeing the sunset and the ocean, it was a beautiful feeling

Although everything was there that they said would be, it would have been nice to have some furniture on the balcony outside the bedroom.

The position was stunning and view amazing. Can’t get closer to the sea with view of Rangitoto outside your window. Clean linen and very spacious. Helen was very welcoming.

No inside Lounge area for relaxing at night in winter, no TV for guests, only one chair in the bedroom to sit on for the evening. Poor standard of unmatched and old linen on the bed, strange requirements about toilet paper being put in a bin! Shoes had to be taken off at the front door and cold tiles needed to be navigated in socks!...bad in winter! Loose, trip hazard mats around the bed that curled up all the time, and covered worn carpets. Poor standard of maintenance in general and not what the pictures showed. A mismatched series of decorations and a bedroom door that didn't close properly. Faded and unkempt plastic plants and flowers inside....I could go on!!!!

Very welcoming and helpful caretakers. Location was excellent with beautiful views of Rangitoto, but we did not get the room that was in these photographs, and no other bedroom was shown in the images. The room we were given was on the side of the house over-looking an unkempt garden and the neighbours.

We had the infinity hot water making noises outside our bedroom, after specking with Helen it was dealt with straight away. Thank you so much for being so efficient.

The house is beautiful with beautiful views. Very comfortable bed and clean tidy facilities. It was lovely to option of using the kitchen, but as we were in and out we didn’t get to make good use of the house, the view and the kitchen. We would definitely use this accommodation again.

The view is absolutely stunning. My family enjoyed every moment spending here. It's perfect for meditation, with breathtaking scenery and serenity. Helen is incredibly warm. I will definitely come back again.

Didn't end up staying the two nights and ended up paying for a new room else where. there advertised room was very sneaky and was not child friendly the doors had no locks on them and sketchy characters staying there. The host didn't care and grabbed my 5 year daughters hand leading her to the room when i was trying to discuss the room with her which is very inappropriate. Very poor do not recommend to anyone. Panmoe motel was great
