Beautifully furnished building. Fantastic access. The kitchen had everything you needed and a Nespresso machine. Same fridge as I have in my home with plumbed water and ice.

Fantastic modern apartment. Clean with everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. Very close to public transport and within walking distance of many attractions. The communication with the owner was friendly and efficient.

It was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for my stay for the week. I loved that I could wash my clothes and there was also plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes to use. I had plenty of cupboard space as well which I really appreciated

This apartment boasts an outstanding location, and one of its biggest advantages is the dedicated parking spot. In a city like Auckland where public parking is scattered and construction can turn the search into a chore, having a designated space provides real peace of mind. Communication with the hosts was exceptional. Even when I had limited service, they were proactive and regularly checked in to ensure everything was in order. I arrived late at night and was warmly greeted outside the building, complete with a helpful tour upon arrival. Another highlight is the in-unit washer/dryer. While I didn't end up using the kitchen, it looked fantastic and would be perfect for anyone looking to prepare their own meals.

It would have been nice if someone comes to clean atleast back every two to three days.

The property was so central and a walking distance to all the nearby amenities. The host was very kind and welcoming, we really lined his energy and understanding, he had an entire pamphlet with all activities and restaurants to try out in the area. He also allowed us to check in earlier that the check in time and we also checked out later than the check out time

Spacious and clean. Very well equipped. Convenient parking in the middle of the city. Not far from Britomart and near many shops, restaurants and bars but still quiet. Friendly and responsive owner.

The location was great. The apartment was modern & comfortable, had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The pool was great & the building/facilities seemed pretty quiet during our entire stay. Brendan was a great host and responded to any queries we had. 100% would stay again.

Excellent communication from Brendan and very timely. Apartment very clean and modern in very central location. Really well equipped with good provision of basic cooking ingredients - oil, spices etc as well as self catering essentials, such as wash powder. Loved the water dispenser on the fridge. Despite its central location, the flat is extremely quiet. Secure car parking easy to access in basement. Didn't use the pool or gym.

There was cooking oil spilt in the utensil draw, dust on the TV unit, and glad wrap covering the bedroom smoke alarm, hence our 9 rating instead of a perfect 10. But other than that everything else was very clean and tidy.

The location was fantastic, close walking distance to everything (including woolworths supermarket), and we couldn’t hear any loud traffic noise. The free parking onsite was a strong reason why we chose to book. The apartment was modern and very comfortable, with a well equiped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! There was a swimming pool, gym and theatre room available which we didn’t use but we will definitely take advantage of these next time. Brendan was very responsive and a great host.
