Location as had appointment at the Dental School down the hill plus cafés etc close by. Also very quiet. Good parking too.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable but definitely could have done with a 2nd rubbish bin in the main room as only a tiny one provided in the bathroom. Apart from that it was awesome and we would definitely book again 🙂

Not a negative aspect at all for us in the end, but gave the wifi a rating 1 down from the top mark above as the stated wifi did not exist. However, I was travelling with a teenage child who “hacked into” (their words!) the actual wifi which was just a different name. A bit of trial and error got it working and we were surfing!

Crisp, newly refurbished old stables close to the heart of the city. Lovely character. Great, clear, well timed communication for our stay even though we booked it a long time before our trip. Will book again 😃

Room size is a bit small so if you travel with luggages, it's a bit crowded in the room.

Great location - 5 minutes walk to the city centre. Check in was a breeze, access to the room given timely so no hassle at all. There's bathroom floor heating 💙 Nicely decorated.

Very nice property well presented and devorares. The room has everything you need (including an electric blanket 🤩). All extremely clean. The room has a toaster and a kettle in addition to the fridge. Main kitchen (shared) looked great (haven’t used it). Great outdoor space with table in a very nice garden. Parking is right in front of the property.

Out of your control, the walk back up Pitt and Elder streets while the anaesthetic wore off.

Didn’t realise breakfast was included. It’s closeness to the hospital and allowing me to park in the car park so I didn’t have to drive after the operation. The facilities I used were great although not being allowed to get the dressings wet limited my use.

Rafters are noisy as they expand and contract but they are a beautiful feature too! Milk for tea would have been a lovely addition. Bathroom floor was super hot but if that’s all I’ve got to complain about…….!

Well appointed, very comfortable. Basics offered were great (tea, coffee etc). Very easy to self check in, great communication from the staff. Lovely bathroom, well appointed room and had everything we needed. Easy parking (off street) and very close to town.

The student flats around us had parties and a group of guys woke us up singing at 5am in the morning, but thats the location and the city vibe.
