It is hard to fault anything. Our preference would be for firmer pillows - just to be nitpicking.

The location was very private, facilities were excellent. We went by the excellent ratings, and were pleasantly surprised - easily the best place we stayed in during our Auckland trip.

I didn’t like that I had to leave the property at the end of my stay! Other than that, couldn’t fault it!

This is my second stay here, I can’t speak highly enough of it! There is nothing you could want for in this property. It is the most well thought out place I have ever stayed at. It is beautiful from the perspective of the vista of the trees and town and beautifully designed as well. The kitchen has all you could want for cooking and the large living space and big tv is a pleasure to dwell in. The bed feels luxurious and is so comfortable - I had the best sleeps here! The bonus is the bathroom with the heated floors and the bath! Marie and Louis are the most incredible hosts and I can’t wait to stay here again!

Most beautiful 'villa' with the kindest exceptional hosts and luxurious facilities. Comfortable bed and pillows. Exquisite bathroom with underfloor heating. Felt like an exquisite 5-star hotel. Highly recommended.

Its a stunning cottage set up on a slope with views of the treetops. With the little touches from Africa that gave vibrancy and colour and the clean white walls it felt like a game lodge.

It’s set in a peaceful-location, literally in the treetops! A beautifully appointed kitchen with a sitting area and dining room. The bathroom facilities are superbly appointed and there are laundry facilities too.the bed is comfortable and all is very well appointed to a high standard. The outside has a well sited deck and there’s a barbecue at the rear of the property. Louis, the owner was very helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you! All in all the ideal, restful getaway for a short or longer stay in lovely residential Torbay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tree Tops. Hosts were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Accommodation was extremely comfortable, clean and fitted out to a high standard. Location was ideal for us, walk to the beach and local shops with easy access by car to surrounding areas.

The parking and entrance to the property were the only things that were a bit tricky, however not enough to put you off.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, warm and everything you could need in a holiday accommodation. Loved the under floor heating in the bathroom. All the little things made a huge difference. Louis and Marie were great hosts and were even worried that we had a bad day of weather.
