Beautifully presented and very comfortable accommodation. Great location within easy walking distance to fabulous cafes and restaurants. Keys were easy to collect and our hostess made sure we were settled in and had everything we needed for our stay. Also gave some great recommendations for local cafes etc. I would highly recommend staying at Tree Tops.

Lovely location - quiet yet central. Bottled water in refrigerator and kitchen had everything we needed. Coffee machine great! Beautifully clean and super comfy beds. Immaculate linens. Outdoor space lovely. Unique and well equipped.

The kitchen was lacking a few items required for a group (of 5) for dinner but sufficient for a 2-3 people. TV was limited to only Netflix, the dishwasher didn’t work and the plates weren’t microwave safe.

It does get quite warm overnight with the heating at the lowest setting.

The location on a quiet street and walking distance to excellent restaurants and cafes was just superb. Host was very good in communicating and ensuring we had off street parking spot, which was great!

Owner should note that they live upstairs. Listing notes soundproofing, but in practice we could hear the upstairs activity, and clearly they could hear us too.

Catered to my Gluten Free dietary needs, the place is off the main street so very peaceful and private, close to plenty of great restaurants and local shopping

Whilst the description says sound proof walls the issue is the noise from above, there was a dog above which barked through the night one night (but wasn’t there for the other nights) you could here the dog running around on the wooden floors above.

The apartment was beautiful and everything was really comfortable (other than the sofas), beautiful bedrooms and comfortable beds. Such a great location, 5 min walk to lots of restaurants and direct bus to the city. Lovely sitting out on the deck.

We enjoyed staying in this apartment the beds were very comfortable and the place was so clean, it was so close to go into the city center, i wouldn't hesitate recommending that you stay here you won't be disappointed

Location was great, near shops, a lovely park and close to bus stop into Auckland city centre. All the essentials for breakfast were provided for our arrival.

There was not a thing we did not like about our stay at Treetops

It was idle for our needs we had a relaxing time and our host Elaine was exceptional attending to all our needs , just perfect.

This was the perfect place for us to stay when we visited family in Auckland. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. It is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, parks. Off street free parking was a plus. Our first morning my husband was joined for coffee by the “neighborhood nuisance” on the deck but he didn’t mind at all.

Property exactly as described and is even more beautiful in person!

The property was in an amazing location, just outside the main hustle of the city centre but a 5 minute walk from Ponsonby Road where there were amazing restaurants and bars. Local supermarkets/ grocery stores within walking distance too if you wanted to buy food to eat in. The property was extremely private with the most beautiful garden and decking area where you could sit in the morning with a coffee, catch the sun all afternoon and relax as the sun set in the evening. The apartment was very spacious and modern with a classic touch and just felt very comfortable. The host was so friendly and approachable, went over and above to make us feel welcome and provide suggestions of places to see and visit. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back!

Wounderful spacious apartment close to Ponsonby Road. The garden and the terrace are the highlight. We spent 3 nights but we wished we could stay much longer. Really recommended :)

There could have been a folder explaining the area and nearby attractions and restaurants...for newcomers to Auckland that would have been useful. Also, a toilet roll holder could be useful.

Loved the location and the comfort of the home. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was brilliant. Elaine was a fabulous host.

I've tried and tried to think of something that could be improved but I can't come up with anything.

Treetops and the host Elaine are exceptional - my only problem with giving too good a review is that I'll make it more popular and then it won't be available the next time I want to book it!! It is a gorgeous three-bedroom place with amazing glass doors overlooking the deck and the garden. The bathroom is huge and gorgeous - getting out of the shower is not easy. The whole place is renovated and beautiful, Elaine was friendly and responsive, the location is fantastic. Everything about it was great.

This was our second stay at Elaine’s lovely apartment. The location is perfect for our business meetings while in Auckland and being just off Ponsonby gave us plenty of options for our free time. Everything we needed was provided by our host and we really enjoyed the nice extras she left for us. Honey (the four legged furry host) was a sight for sore eyes when we came home from a long day on the town.

It was a shame we couldn't stay longer.

Elaine was at the property to show us the lock box and welcome us. The place is newly decorated and just beautiful, with very high taste. The beds were so comfortable. It was such a cosy place to stay, settled amongst many trees. The location was amazing, within walking distance to Ponsonby Road shops and many bars and restaurants. Continental breakfast was left for us, which was more than adequate.
