One of the bars nearby had loud music and singing until 3am (Thursday night). We knew we’d have noise given the location but it was very noisy. I even got up to make sure I hadn’t left the door to the balcony open (which I hadn’t). While the communication was good I did get a bit sick of getting an email reminding me to complete my boarding pass if I hadn’t (which I had).

Great view and fabulous location - handy to restaurants, Spark arena, shopping. Nice bathrooms. Having a car park included was a real bonus. Easy to follow instructions to get the key and park the car.

The neighbouring bars played very loud music with screaming people until 4am on the weekend; quite bizarre given that this is a precinct of hotels and luxury homes.

Average beds, cheap linen, not the best equipped kitchen (odd glassware, not full sets of flutes) 6 tiny pots of milk for 2 nights and awful cheap toilet paper. For a luxury apartment these things really do matter.

Beautiful spacious waterfront apartment. Great central location in the middle of the vibrant Auckland Viaduct. Very easy to access with great support from the property managers. I would highly recommend.

For 5 day stay for 3 people there was only 1 rubbish bag, no dishwashing liquid, and only 4 coffee sachet, only 1 towel per person. Would have expected a little more for the price we paid and the amount of guests.

Access to lock box and door codes was very difficult and caused the four of us to be stranded in the corridoor outside the apartment for some time. We were travelling from overseas in a rental car and using our mobiles to access all check in details. This was not possible with the very complex "passport" requirements of the hosts. We are AirBnB Super Hosts os many years as well as Booking.com and Stayz hosts so are well versed in looking after guests at check in time. Room for a lot of improvement here!

On the old side, a little unclean. To many communication emails with instructions, trying to go back and find the details to get into the property and about leaving the property were difficult to find and return communication was slow.

Very difficult to reach someone after hours. Difficult to reach someone by phone if you come from another country. Difficult to find the parking lot and the instructions on how to open the garage door inside the other garage you need to park in.

Incredibly noisy from the late night bars on the harbour. Literally like being next door to a nightclub ...so location is great if you like party time!!
