How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Went to the Chinese restaurant tower 2 was the most discussing food, put at table near window, Bird poo on the inside window sill and mold above our head's, i moved us to another table, the beef dish i ordered was so salty couldn't eat it and everything was covered in oil, a bad chef

We had to lower the bed to floor level for our babies’ safety, but there’s an extra fee for doing this. Late check-out is allowed, but it comes with a high fee even if you’re only 2-3 hours late because of plans that kept you from returning on time. Also, the lights are quite dim and not bright enough.
The location is convenient.

Receptionist in charge of me during check in is not that pleasant not like previous once ,the night time incharged is so accomodating and I like her good service....The sink is not working properly ,water dripping from nowhere it makes the floor wet.the door knob is very old and rusty sometimes it stuck and wont lock properly with the double lock and the elevator you wont know what what floor you are till it opens 😁 I have been here a lot of times but there seems to be off this time.
The room was spacious and great bed size and best location near everything you need its convenient to everything...

The toilet looked clean, but it was not really clean, and some cockroaches could be found in the shower. The shower didn't really have hot water. The floor in the room looked clean, but it was still dirty, and I could see that on my feet and socks. Wifi connectivity was super unstable. I could connect for a moment, and later, it disconnected for no reason. Also the speed is really low.
Working AC, comfortable beds, and great people working in the hotel.

We were moved to another room due to toilet was leaking when you flush it. The other room, toilet took forever to flush. When you flush it once, you need to wait about 2 to 3 minutes to flush it again. Toilet bowl needs to be clean and the sink because you can see the stains. The view was so nice from our room but the outside window was so dirty that ruins the perfect view of the city and the ocean.

water stop working
Water stop, sink, toilet cant plush when water stop, Daughter under the shower have shampoo On then water suddenly stop lucky we have mineral water for her to rinse off the eyes. Read one of the note on the table can only see hot water will stop in some hours but did not see all water will stop. Staff & food were ok.

It was damp and gloomy and just showing age. Plus the dirty location.
The entrance has no other option but stairs, walking disability unfriendly. The elevators closing immediately before you can enter. Had a scare when our toddler jump inti the gap and almost got caught. And the room was too warm, the air conditioning was barely there but we are too tired from the trip its already 1am, no energy to complain. We made do by not using the comforters. We left in the morning and finally felt the ambiance or lack thereof. This hotel needs major refurbishing to make it brighter, equal to its image in its advertising. They have a lot of people on duty may e invest in new pai t and glass cleaners and brighter light. The the outside environment is… disappointing. As our kid said passing by it, “this place smell bad”.

When we stayed, there was one functioning lift from the lobby to the 19th floor. You had to come out and transfer to another lift to get to our rooms. Initially our room had issues with the toilet and we were transferred to another room.
Located centrally in Cebu City and near Robinsons Mall. Staff were accommodating. Breakfast selection was alright

The actual room was ok. However, the bathroom needs updating ( the whole hotel needs updating) the bathroom floors were dirty and no hot water. Looking at other reviews it looks like there has been no hot water since October 2024. I wouldn’t boot this hotel
