PhilippinesWe had to lower the bed to floor level for our babies’ safety, but there’s an extra fee for doing this. Late check-out is allowed, but it comes with a high fee even if you’re only 2-3 hours late because of plans that kept you from returning on time. Also, the lights are quite dim and not bright enough.

PhilippinesReceptionist in charge of me during check in is not that pleasant not like previous once ,the night time incharged is so accomodating and I like her good service....The sink is not working properly ,water dripping from nowhere it makes the floor wet.the door knob is very old and rusty sometimes it stuck and wont lock properly with the double lock and the elevator you wont know what what floor you are till it opens 😁 I have been here a lot of times but there seems to be off this time.
The room was spacious and great bed size and best location near everything you need its convenient to everything...

SwedenThe toilet looked clean, but it was not really clean, and some cockroaches could be found in the shower. The shower didn't really have hot water. The floor in the room looked clean, but it was still dirty, and I could see that on my feet and socks. Wifi connectivity was super unstable. I could connect for a moment, and later, it disconnected for no reason. Also the speed is really low.

United StatesWe were moved to another room due to toilet was leaking when you flush it. The other room, toilet took forever to flush. When you flush it once, you need to wait about 2 to 3 minutes to flush it again. Toilet bowl needs to be clean and the sink because you can see the stains. The view was so nice from our room but the outside window was so dirty that ruins the perfect view of the city and the ocean.

The entrance has no other option but stairs, walking disability unfriendly. The elevators closing immediately before you can enter. Had a scare when our toddler jump inti the gap and almost got caught. And the room was too warm, the air conditioning was barely there but we are too tired from the trip its already 1am, no energy to complain. We made do by not using the comforters. We left in the morning and finally felt the ambiance or lack thereof. This hotel needs major refurbishing to make it brighter, equal to its image in its advertising. They have a lot of people on duty may e invest in new pai t and glass cleaners and brighter light. The the outside environment is… disappointing. As our kid said passing by it, “this place smell bad”.

United KingdomWhen we stayed, there was one functioning lift from the lobby to the 19th floor. You had to come out and transfer to another lift to get to our rooms. Initially our room had issues with the toilet and we were transferred to another room.
