My husband was quiet angry because of the cats scratched our motorcycle seat but im a cat lover so i understand 😁

The beds smell clean, and the place itself is clean and organize. We like our stay. However our motorcycle seat was damage by cats, the owner did mention that there were some cats from the neighbor but we didn't expect that they will scratch our motorcycle seats. Though overall our experience was great will be back again if ever we have a family vacation hoping will have a little one by then🥰

Honestly, I can’t think of any as the place was perfect for our quick Baguio getaway with our family.

The place is clean and very fit to our preference as we brought our 8 month old baby. It was a very quiet place and very conducive for relaxation. It has everything you need. It was a bit far like 20-30 mins to the center of Baguio depends on the traffic , so much better if you have your own car , but there’s also available public transportation if you don’t have any.

I like everything..only the bed..we had twin bed instead of double bed since we are a couple and we need to connect the 2 single bed

Was a great place to stay for couple or family..clean and tidy..feels like home..10 mins drive to supermarket..5 mins to the highway..very quite place. Away from the main city but accessable with any car..

No fan, the smell of the house not really good. And they didn’t provide hand wash soap and shampoo or shower gel.

I like that staff even they are very strict. No check in or check out. That’s very nice.

The CR has a foul smell. I cant figure out where its coming but is smelled like pesticide. We didnt get to hang out at the common area cause there was some construction on going.

Spacious, quiet, and private, far from the city so its best for those who has cars. Also, early check in is quite expensive but we didnt mind. The place was comfortable and clean. This by far is my number 1 property of choice when in Baguio!

To be clear, my girlfriend and I loved staying there. I only mention the following to help the owner. I do wish that there was a more comfortable couch. And just a suggestion, a small oven would be nice. We wanted to bake, but couldn't do so.

Beautiful scenery. The place was clean and spacious. We had plenty of cooking tools. There was a nice TV with streaming services, and there was WIFI available. I even enjoyed hearing the dogs and roosters outside.

It's just a bit hard to park since the parking was not paved and there's also no hair dryer so I would suggest for you to bring your own. (not a big deal) Everything is good except during our last day, the family we shared the house with just let their kid scream/ sing (whatever) at 6 AM. I would suggest if you have kids and you don't want to or you can't manage them, don't get a shared transient. Respect your housemates at all times.

Beautiful view and it's very cold. It's far from all the noise and not too many people in the area. It's only about 10 mins away from the highway and about 20-39 mins away from the tourist spots in the city proper. Ate Josie has been very nice to us. She even suggested places and activities that we could do during our 3 days and 2 nights stay. I love everything about the property.

Nothing. All were provided by Mother Josie. It’s a bit far but you can still enjoy staying in your unit for relaxing.

Kinda far from the city. But the view is superb.

No host to welcome us, orient us or send us off. We had problems with the floor mattresses. Very thin mattresses. Not comfortable at all for us seniors. And even if they mentioned futon beds, no picture of it was posted in their website. Had we known that, we would have booked another property.

We like that the property is very clean. The rooms are nice. Kitchen has basic tools and utensils.

Nothing to dislike..except if you want to be near the plaza.. but what is extra 20mins ride to plaza..

All the place is good.. its just a bit far from the plaza..but there's a jeep that is travelling passing through the place. But who cares if u have your own car..the best I like is the private parking that makes it very safe.. and you won't even notice everyone even the caretaker... you will feel the privacy of the place..Best is you can watch Netflix. They have rooftop as view deck. I got 2 bedroom with full kitchen equipment all that u need. All is worth the stay.will definitely return.
