The WiFi wasn’t great, but if you have an e-sim that’s not really a problem.

The staff were lovely. The grounds are beautifully kept and there’s lots of places to sit and chill out. The bedroom was basic but super spacious and perfectly comfortable for a 2 night stay. It was all very clean.

I love the property’s facilities - pool, restaurant, the swings. A very relaxing place to stay in Puerto Princesa. Definitely a hidden gem, a place to stay in Puerto Princesa. The staff are very accommodating, we had to check in early and they were very happy to help us. They also keep safe our luggage when we checked out as our flight was late at night. Thanks to all the staff, special mention to Julie, Elna, Anna, and Arlene.

The best hotel we have stayed while visiting the Philippines ever. Quiet, comfortable, clean, great staff, great location (near shopping and restaurants), and good in house restaurant. Good towels and linens, hot water, good water pressure, nice walk in shower with modern fixtures. This will be our go to place for all future trips to Palawan, which we visit frequently.

Beautiful huge room. The pool and the lights and garden lights at night are lovely. Very nice to have a seperate sheet on the bed so you don't have to bake under a duvet. Reasonably close to the airport and another bar/restaurant we liked. Fixed breakfast options - but very nice. Lots of convenience stores close by.

Nothing major - like to see more hooks in the bathroom, and also in the room plus a luggage rack. I had to use the back of the chair to hang my towel as my wife used the one in the bathroom. A few more shelves in the room to place things like clothes and toiletries would also help.

Highly recommend this place - the staff especially Elna and Luna, very friendly and helpful. We had quick and effective responses to our queries before arriving including arranging our tour to the Underground River. Met all of our expectations. Well maintained grounds, swimming pool, very large rooms (we were in Room 9), clean, good A/C, large clean bathroom with shower and plenty hot water. Good free WiFi. Location is a 15 minute tuk tuk trip to major shopping centre and baywalk. Perhaps the only small drawback was not many cafes or restaurants nearby although there's one across the road to the left that we liked very much!

The shower did not work the 2nd day, but they immediately came to fix it.

Beautiful gardens, good size room and comfy bed. Pool had an area you could sit at out of the sun. Cocktails were delicious and breakfast was also good. Lovely staff and very helpful.

The onsite restaurant is quite expensive, and portion sizes are quite small.

Great hotel in Puerto Princesa. Room was cool, clean and comfortable; and was very nice to have a private back area with hammock to relax. The pool was lovely, and the reception staff were very friendly. Some nice local food places within short walking distance or tricycle ride. The hotel is only about a 5min drive to the airport.

We liked the warm welcome from the reception staff. We were able to have a late lunch in the dining area on arrival. Food & Beverage staff were helpful and friendly. Nice pool with good seating. The place had a good vibe.

The rooms were very dark as the only window had an awful view out the back of the property so the blind stayed closed the whole time.

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights. The room was large with a great shower. The resort pool was great and the food from the resort restaurant was great. Other bars and food places are just down the road. The staff helped us to book a last minute whale shark tour for the following day which was amazing! Overall the resort was well priced for what was included.

It was noisy at night until about 1am - not from the hotel but from outside the back. The pool was very hot so wasn’t able to cool down!

Loved the peaceful garden and wonderful food. The rooms were sweet set out on a courtyard. The food was good and staff were excellent.

I can't think of anything we didn't like.

This hotel is fantastic. We couldn't fault it and wished we had stayed there more than one night. We booked it as it was close to the airport for our return to Manila but it's far more than a convenient hotel - it's really nice. We had a family room for 4 of us and it was one of the most comfortable rooms of our stay in the Philippines - comfortable beds and a lovely shower room. The pool is great and the food we had in the restaurant was fresh and delicious. The staff are so friendly and helpful - the communications before check in were great. The location is only 10 mins from the airport but also close to town on a tricycle which is easy to get from outside the hotel. Lots of places to explore on foot too. Really great hotel representing good value for money.
