I really liked how accommodating the owner and staff were. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made our stay more comfortable, enjoyable and truly made us feel at home.

It's a little far from the center of Baguio, so you will definitely take a taxi, or ride a jeepney, or walk a little to get to where the jeepneys pass through.

The place was clean, the price was affordable, the place was quiet enough you will find the rest and peace that you need, and the staff was kind and helpful.

It’s very clean and kids friendly. Mary is so kind and you can see how much she loves her job. She’s so welcoming!

Ms. Mary is very accommodating and helpful to us. She even took us to the jeep transportation terminal and gave us tipid travel tips. There is also a common area where you can eat, cook and relax. They also have free hot and cold drinking water, no need to buy! I love the view and the peaceful ambiance of the place. Will definitely go back again here.

The Wifi was iffy at best and the TV in the main room was difficult to watch. The Comfort room in the Master Bedroom (2nd floor) had a leaky sink and mysterious water was coming through the walls leaving a puddle in the that never dried up.

There was no breakfast at this location.

The thing that's need some improvement will be first, I hope there can be a bigger towel for shower, 2nd, I hope they can have a ministore since there is no stores available within the vacinity. And the biggest improvement that should have will be the transportation system. Your lucky if you have vehicle if you will be traveling but if you're a solo traveler or don't have vehicle, transportation might be a problem since the location is a bit far from the highway.

Ate May was really nice and helpful. She attend right away if there is an issue arise to the best of her ability. The place is clean and has a nice view. Cooking is allowed and I did no used to h e kitchen since I'm just a solo traveler. If you brought cooked food before you go to the lodge, you can just reheat it using the microwave. Water supply is stable and has water heater. My overall stay for 3d2n is relaxing and able to provide a quite place that I am looking.

Accessible yet a bit hard to commute.

The house is clean. Ate Mary is the best during our stay. Highly recommend the place. Value for money and trustworthy staff.

However, I would like to share a small concern, especially for solo travelers or commuters. The location can be a bit challenging to reach if you’re not familiar with the area. Booking a Grab directly to the pin location was quite difficult, so we had to walk quite a distance to get to Kuya Guard’s location just to book one. For those commuting, it also requires a considerable amount of walking from Suello Village. It would be helpful to provide clearer directions or transportation tips for future guests.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the mountain transient lodge. The place was clean, cozy, and had a peaceful ambiance that made our stay truly enjoyable. One of the highlights of our experience was Ate, the caretaker — she was incredibly sweet, kind, and very approachable. She assisted us so well and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Her warm hospitality truly added to the overall experience. Thank you for the great service, and we would definitely love to come back again!🫶🏻🙌🏻
